My favourite was Shelly-ann. To win a championship at 35-yrs is no mean feat, especially a 100m sprint race. To follow it up with silver in the 200m and 100m relay is nothing short of impressive. Her legendary status became unquestionable after these championships.

I predicted a gold for Britney but out of nowhere came the Nigerian😂
My favorite moment was Elaine’s. She knew she wasn’t her usual self but she went out and still gave her best. Her reward was being dragged by her people under the guise of constructive criticism. Wow.
