  1. Man, they didn’t stop or hesitate at all. Just whoosh, right through the barrier. Hope you guys actually make consequences happen for this. It’s depressing to see how much your country will let someone get away with if they have money

    1. @Cynthia Gonzalez Check out Nathan Elswick YouTube page where he’s posted videos of his young daughter firing a gun together with footage of him firing an AR-15 – Utterly disgraceful behaviour, his daughter ought to be taken into care.

  2. “Our streets” “Our Buildings” “Our This” “Our That”… forgetting that it belongs to 80% of Americans not supporting Trump as well. More of us than your minority. Stop trying to talk for the Majority! There should have been blood on the steps, see how brave they would have been then.

  3. With all these people actually did and what their goal actually was it’s totally crazy and kind of disappointing that officers didn’t put more of them down.. we could have lost everything if they would have achieved their goals..

  4. This was essentially an in-depth review of probably the most embarrassing moment in U.S. history. These people staged a coup on their own country because one guy refused to understand that he lost.

    1. *MUTE ALL RUSSIAN ETC.ETC TROLLS WHENEVER THEY POP-UP ON YOUR NOTIFICATIONS 👌 🇺🇲 ✌ *

    2. The most embarrassing moment in US history was in 1814 when the British docked their ships walked 50 miles inland and attacked Washington with a force of 4,500 men and set fire to both the White House and the Capitol Building.

  5. I sat watching this insurrection on my phone in real time. It was painfully obvious to me how organized the attack was and who was to blame. After hearing Romney speak that night, I’ve not had a second of doubt since.

  6. I am out of words to express my horror, and to think that now the whole republican party in power with the exception of 2, are supporting the seditionist former president, we are in big trouble if they win this November.😢

    1. @John Smith Are you even in the United States? So you wrote that crap while sober and not being tired?

  7. After a few minutes, I just couldn’t hold back the tears any longer. The saddest part of this is that the people who need to see this most will never see it.

    1. They would refuse to see what is happening. They would make excuses, repeat lies and invent conspiracy theories and justify it in their minds. It is sad that critical thinking skills are a diminished natural resource in this country.

    1. @Tang The point is they are the first line of defense and they failed to act because they wanted this to happen.

    2. I actually attended this.

You can see my jacket in a couple of the wide shots.🤣😂🤣😂🤣🇺🇸👍

  8. This footage is more impactful than what I was witnessing on TV that day — and like most, I was floored and wanted to cry. Like wow. It’s amazing more people didn’t get hurt or killed. Everyone who defended our Capitol and the innocent lives inside are heroes.

    1. This is literally how our country was created einstein.🤣😂🤦‍♂️🇺🇸👍

    2. @Jack Dorsey’s Disappointed Father Well, if the people who fought back then were as efficient as the ones we saw in this video, the USA woudn’t be a thing.

  9. I never in my lifetime thought this would happen in this day and age, let alone in America. As I watched the insurrectionists break into doors and windows, police officers being clubbed and pepper sprayed, I was both shaking and angry the same time. Is this an act of patriotism. with violence and desecrating our buildings? Jan 6th 2021 is truly a sad day for America.

    1. In the end the only positive thing we can take away from this is that the system at least worked and thank god Trump was still removed. The frightening part for me is 2024.

  10. Perhaps what surprises me is the level of restraint employed by law enforcement. Not the usual rules of engagement for terrorists.

    1. They couldn’t have done more. Had any of them shot they would’ve died. They didn’t have the backup they needed. As it is enough were hurt, if they fired their weapons it would have been worse. At that point all they were doing was trying to delay them long enough to get everyone out safely and try not to die.

  11. What you don’t see are any police drawing their guns.
Just imagine if they had been protesting for human rights or against police violence.

    1. All in all, the fact that this was able to be handled in a non-bloody manner by police is a fucking miracle that deserves praise. It’s almost too good to be true.

  12. “If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.” — President Dwight D. Eisenhower (R), March 6, 1956

  13. 11:47 “They were peaceful people. These were great people. The crowd was unbelievable…The love in the air — I’ve never seen anything like it.” It’s baffling that there are people that support him either by believing in his actions or just being enablers and jerks.
