This makes it absolutely impossible for Trump to win. Give up reps, it’s over.

I’m British, so I do not have a dog in this fight.

I am also a military veteran… There is an incident in Band of Brothers. I think I remember it well enough, if not perfectly. Two of the heroes see an officer they had had good reason to detest a long time previously. The officer is now more senior than he was, and one of the heroes does not want to salute him. The other hero reminds him “You don’t salute the man, you salute the uniform!”, and the unwilling guy instinctively snaps out a smart salute.

Even when the holder of an office is is as despicable and inadequate as Trump, you have to respect the office. Your perfectly justified disgust with Trump’s trampling of your Constitution and all it establishes and upholds cannot become a disgust with the office of President. Your necessary criticism of Trump’s treasonous attacks on the institutions of your country will get insufficient traction if you simultaneously disrespect an institution: the office of President.

Never forget that the summit of the moral high ground is slippery… There are so any bitter Trump supporters who positively need to see you fall. Do not give them that satisfaction. Ensure that, in everything you do, say or write, you are respectful and exemplary.

Do not snatch moral defeat from the jaws of hard-won victory!

  7. Arizona- Trump insulted McCain on his death. Georgia- Trump insulted John Lewis on his death. Tweets have consequences

When Trump was talking about there being so much winning…
He must have been talking about Biden.

  9. I like presidents named Joe who win by a landslide.

  10. Republican John McCain working beyond his grave in Arizona……… Democrat John Lewis working beyond his grave in Georgia against evil.

  11. A real American. John McCain suffered horribly as a pow.

  12. RIP McCain. May not have agreed with a lot of your policies, but you were a man of integrity and honor. A true American hero.

    • @backuptrick44 Yeah, such a great man…I always wondered how did he come to pick Palin?

She was a perfect VP for Trump though(joke). Now, that would have been hilarious.

@slugger mjb I mean, to be fair, trump has killed 240,000 innocents so far, numbers still rising. And lets not forget that failed mil op at the very beginning of trumps term that got navy seals killed and a helicopter scuttled because trump went off woth only half the info. And then of course Trump still carried out Drones strikes too.

Im not defending McCain, I dont agree with his politics, nor Obamas drone strikes. But if you want to play with “What About-isms”. Buddy, Do I got news for you.

We have to dead to right.

    • @Christopher Lee Yee no I know exactly just pointing out the obvious. And it’s not what aboutism if other people made comparisons. Just pointing it out. This thread seemed one sided so I figured I would throw a wrench in it. And yes between lbj, Clinton, both bushes, Obama and even trump. Millions have died people on here praising someone they don’t know is aggravating. I’m against war so it all makes me sick.

    • People here celebrating a war mongering neo con. How laughable. I’m sure you all applauded Mitt Romney too.

    • @Daniel Hawthorn great rebuttle. 😂😂

  13. Another win after a week and 3 days…no recount Republicans..its official…Biden is the next president of the u.s….no fraud…the votes have been certified…

That is John McCain speaking from the grave, showing he still has powers Trump could only wish for.

  19. Cameron Renwick | November 13, 2020 at 2:27 AM | Reply

The reason Trump and his adim are worried about losing the election is: They LOST!

  20. Trump can’t demand a recount on this one if not less than 0.1%
