Anyone remember back when Trump filed a lawsuit against a beauty contestant that accused him of sexual harrassment or groping? I had thought maybe it would come up in this lawsuit for an example of his repeated behavior.
because that’s what is his M.O typically, sue the person making the claims, force them into a room with your scary lawyers, offer them money to sign an NDA to make the lawsuit go away. However NDAs do not actually prevent someone from reporting a crime, but it does make you less credible of a witness unfortunately.
They did bring forward other victim’s of sexual assault/misconduct to show this pattern – not sure how much they needed them though after he admitted in his own deposition he doesn’t feel like obtaining consent applies to the women he pursues because he’s a “star”.
He LOVED that pageant “stuff”. He is an animal of the worst kind …oh, that’s right, he’s a STAR !!!

The judge’s advice to the jury to keep silent is wise, and it’s clear he hopes to protect their privacy and (potentially) their lives.
