  1. She did that so she can stay in when trump challenges the election. Don’t trust anyone associated with Trump

    As you only should.
    GOP members have no shame.
Hey Dems when are you going to start hitting then In the knees and nuts. 😤

    • @hopydaddy lol you think the republicans are playing dirty you’re in a reverse world lol

Yeah I,do not trust her. She is trying to play fair to get trump votes because she knows people are scared about losing their insurance. Should trump win she will pounce and get rid of the ACA

    • And Still!!! Trump 2020

    • @Smelly Fly, You live in a parallel universe where up is down and down is up.

    • The Dems may be nice people but they play a gentlemen’s game when the other side brings a brass knuckle to the fight and use every dirty trick to get what they want. The Dems need to toughen up.

  3. She’s waiting for the big case that she won’t recuse herself from….smart move on her part. Still extremely frustrated she went along with this kangaroo appointment 🦘

  4. She’s only there for trump.

  5. They only care about the constitution when it benefits them very sad, this country is falling apart.

I’m very surprised, but I still wouldn’t trust her whatsoever.

  7. Donna Arsenoff | October 28, 2020 at 8:12 PM | Reply

Trump’s gonna have a hissy fit.

  8. She’s playing fair now so she can vote on the big one.

  9. She should recuse herself from the court.

  10. She’s giving a false sense of independence.
When it matters most , she’ll burn the constitution.

Trump tweet denouncing her as the most corrupt Liberal judge ever in T-Minus 3… 2… 1… XD

  13. I pray she does the right thing in ALL the cases… ACA, and Voter Suppression.

    • @Spencer Cole I know, there just went the thousands of prayers she’s gonna do right. It’s not happening. She’s OFF. Just something besides politics and religion. But then, religion can be more powerful than politics. She’s not even qualified! It’s shocking to witness this kind of history. Cruel history at that. These laws have to be rewritten, times change. She is going to help undo the progress we’ve made! Too many loopholes for a dictatorship to access. What happened to “We the people?” It’s stale, bias, and at the moment, mixed with greed.

@Hangry Turtle Oh please Dear God NO!! Heaven help and save us from Trump! 😰🙏

    • She is a tRUMPER!!! Think about it….she is ORANGE ALL THE WAY!!!!!

    • @Frog Legs 👍👏👏

    • Dont count on it

  14. She’s just fattening us up for the potential slaughter… no trust there!

  15. Don’t worry guys, she’ll be there when Mango Mussolini needs her. She showed her colours boosting his campaign mere hours ago.

  16. Reminds me of Susan Collins. When GOP has the votes, she acts like a moderate. With the GOP when they need her vote.

  17. I mean she just got onto the court. There’s no way she had time to sit in on the discussions and read the amicus briefs and what not. She didn’t recuse herself, she just didn’t have the facts to take part in any decision.

  18. Richard Thomas | October 28, 2020 at 8:38 PM | Reply

Well this was a smart move on her part . We will see what happens as times goes by . Trump will be tweeting what a failure she is and that he hardly knows her .

  19. She’s probably only doing it for “credibility”, so when she steps in for his biggest election stealing cases she can judge on those and try to say “I recused myself when appropriate” (even though anything election related she should recuse herself from since she was nominated and confirmed DURING said election by the very fascist trying to overthrow our democracy)

  20. She’s winding up, flaking out everyone until she throws her pitch.

    • I agree bcz this is an easy one to recuse from….I bet if it was a national one she wouldn’t recuse ….this is the set up so she’ll be able to point bk to this one saying …..remember I recuse myself bfore so I’m not bias….oh.plx I really hope the Dems remember to stick it to them once they get all the branches of government bk….no holding bk and playing nice

    • Oh you think so????

    • @Tolu Osinowo I don’t think so, I know so!
