  1. Where the hell is all the eclectic energy going to come from for this car and stations? What hydro dams, solar panels, wind turbines? Nice to do this but the interstater for it is not in place yet. No low-income family will be able to buy one of this dame eclectic cars.

  2. We dont have the electrical infrastructure to support everyone owing an electric car .
And how’s those electrics at minus 20° ? 🤣 gfyJT

    1. The same as that phone you carry around everyday, you plug it in when you get home and it’s charged in the morning.

  3. I wonder how many can afford 60K and up EV, especially with the nice interest, insurance is higher on EV,

  4. Shouldn’t we make electric vehicles “ready for large scale consumption” before taxing petrol up through the roof?

    1. @Daniel House it’s the wrong way to do it. By the time electric vehicles are launched by at least most manufacturers in different classes of vehicles, the middle class won’t be able to afford them.

    1. Even mentioning Housing Crisis in Canada is against the law stop saying that cops will show at your home and arrest you and sell your whole family in Canada 😆

    2. Everyone will live in the trunk of a parked Tesla unable to drive anywhere as electrical vehicles are garbage and their isn’t even infrastructure for them. 🤦

  5. EVs are the solution to a tertiary problem that doesn’t need solving if we hit the primary problem.
What is the primary issue? We designed our EVERYTHING around the automobile. Doesn’t matter where and in what form the energy is coming —- it’s all an unnecessary waste.

  6. So Justin investing in a EV plant , so using child labour in Africa to build batteries and a industry that will run out of copper.

  7. Nice I can get a 2 door coup base model for 84k after all the fees and taxes! And we only have to subsidize almost all of it! And in 10 years after it’s not profitable and the subsidies wane it will slow production and eventually slow to a trickle! I meant pfft that never happens.

  8. They should’ve just invested on having a electric batteries for home not just vehicle. Especially, when the federal government is pushing for carbon taxes and lower emissions.

  9. Has anyone tested an electric car in our cold canadian winter’s? It’s proven that batteries don’t like getting cold. Of course that’s S O P.

  10. We should reduce the capacity of these plants. The Lithium mining and energy consumption is driving climate change.
