  1. I say all the best to Kamina.

But lets think about this critically for a moment. The reason why they want for years to offer a Jamaican this position, is because of Jamaica’s global influence, which the british royals want to exploit and use for their own interest.
The global “charm offence” by the parasitic british royals was a disaster, due to the dislike, the Caribbean and African People have towards them.
The day when Jamaica becomes a Republic, is when we must also leave the british commonwealth. This is a neo-colonial organization which is controlled by the british royal family.
I also want to say to these two Ladies: leave those feminist “talking points” to developed Nations, feminism has no place in Jamaica, just like the rainbow people.

  2. I can’t wait until she wins, even thou she could have been a great Prime Minister for Jamaica she can do much more with this position!!

    1. Whether being a prime minister or a commonwealth secretary general, persons in any of these capacities, swore an oath of allegiance only to the british queen, and her interest.
The british commonwealth is actually a neo-colonial organization with the british monarch as the supreme head.
Jamaica needs to leave this colonial organization.

  3. This woman is the most well-spoken Jamaican politician in Jamaica’s government of our current time. I only wish she had persuade the Prime Minister’s office instead. But on the other hand, this is a very good opportunity for her to build her portfolio and credential and experience in governing and leadership.

    1. How easy it is for some people to be deceived by the articulate nature of someone.
Kamina was an attorney before being a politician. No one is more deceptive, especially in the way they speak than a person who works in the legal sector of society. That’s why so many of them become politicians, easily manipulating the ignorant voters.

    2. @Dewi Smith So what if she was a lawyer? Most politicians attended law schools and have practiced law before venturing into politics. Experience matters. Practicing law doesn’t offer enough experience to run or govern a country. As to deception, you can’t condemn a reputable profession in the based of a few bad politicians. The lack of experience in governing is what’s hurting Jamaica. Even in the private sector this issue exist. It’s always puzzles me to see high graduate students working in government sectors at a level that in most countries country would require at least a bachelorate degree .

    3. @honeydanielsify Experience is a foreign word in local and also global politics.
The position of security minister being held by a dentist, and the health minister’s position is given to a man with a PhD.
      So much for experience?

You saying i shouldn’t condemn a reputable profession(highly unlikely) due to a few bad politicians. People in many Nations around the world would disagree with you.

Ego, greed, tribalism, theft, dishonesty, nepotism, classism, and bribery, are the main driving forces behind bad governance.

Now as it relates to high school graduates with no experience and academic degree, working in positions they are not qualified for, lets just say, nepotism has its advantages. Seen this occured so many times while working in the financial sector.
