Prosecutors charged an 84-year-old white man with two felonies Monday in the front-door shooting of Ralph Yarl, 16, a Black high school student who went to the home by mistake.

Yarl survived after being shot twice, in the left forehead and right arm, Thursday evening. The shooting has sparked national outrage, with protests from Vice President Kamala Harris and a number of celebrities. Andrew Lester was charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. He surrendered to police Tuesday and bonded out.

  1. I swear Blackman stay whining about the sons that they statistically enlarge numbers abandoned but there’s no outcry about the daughters that go missing that go harm that are on alive by these males. I personally don’t think this is a reason to protest and riot and complain about it was because he was black or statistically black males or notorious for robbery

  2. I’m not exactly sure what else they want to happen. He’s being fully charged and prosecuted. I could understand if that wasn’t the case. Do you want him executed in the streets without a trial?

  3. i mean i fear my neborhood because its considered a Black neighborhood and i stay armed every night because of it, if you dont want us to think your a threat then stop painting that picture because it’s not helping
