    1. @Ryan Calhoun actus reas + mens rea= guilty = accountable.
maybe when you grow up and have some successes under your belt you will understand.

    2. Well if kim Kardashian and Mayweather can be sued over ethmax (or whatever that shitcoin is) then yea all your stars should also be held accountable…O’Leary is a snake straight up, and he still defends sbf…smh

    1. Because FTX failed, one of thousands of crypto projects, you think it’s all magic? BTC, and crypto as a whole, is the most profitable investment of all time.

  1. And then later he was pushing for most crypto coins to be labeled securities. And regulated by the SEC. Dude has lost the crypto community

  2. For insinuating, that it’s CZ’s fault somehow that SBF was stealing the money all along, O’leary should get jail time as well. This is stomach-churning to listen.

  3. He should be charged with fraud. He is no different than all the sports and movie stars that are being held accountable. He is worse as he is a so-called renown businessman and investor. We shall see if they call him Mister Wonderfull in prison?

  4. he wants to get his $10 million that was fraudulent given to him back, hope he has to pay that $15 million back that ftx paid him as a spokes person,it was not their money to pay him that he lost, let him lose his money .
