Dominicans vote for new Government today Monday December 8 2014
I have rested my case!  Now write back a thousand books if you care to do so.  I will ignore all; for you cannot teach me or anyone, for that matter, anything; we have everything that we need to know right at our finger tip. Now get that into that bald head of yours

Liz Xavier.Apparently you did not see that part of my last message, so this is just to let you know that I did just that!!  You are wasting your foolish time; you “foolish” old man.

And while I am at it, please let it be known that I have nobody and I need nobody to teach me, I don’t know why you keep talking about who or whom in my home building.  I have been teaching and learning on my own since I was 16 years old–much more so today, that I have any information I need at my finger tip. You must be thinking that I am just like you, because I am now realizing that all that stuff, which you are writing both here and on DNO is from your woman, the “nurse” which you have in your house.  I am a very independent woman, in that there is nothing that I cannot do for myself–I am not like you. who even needs someone to tell you when to take your medicine or to have your meal.Once again, and for the last time, I saying that when I spoke to about my son being low in “iron”, no matter how I tried to explain to you, you consistently told me that it was not “iron” but “ion” until I simply left you alone–since you are always trying to plaster the name which you have written all over your body parts which are –idiot, stupid, foolish, of course “senile”–on other people.  Why did you have to send all that stuff after I send the clean message in bold black prints for you to see?

Man just shut up okay!  Because you are simply making a fool of yourself.  Everyone here knows it, except you

Elizabeth, there is nothing you can tell me about Iron or whatever. You are trying to prove me wrong, I know what we spoke about that day, and I do need a reminder from you. What I do know is that you do not know 1/1 of what you are babbling about. If we were talking about iron deficiency I would have told you:
Iron is chiefly important to the human body because it is the main constituent of hemoglobin, cytochrome, and other components of respiratory enzyme systems. A constant although small intake of iron in food is needed to replace erythrocytes that are destroyed in the body processes. Most iron reaches the body in food, where it occurs naturally in the form of iron compounds; these are converted for use in the body by the action of the hydrochloric acid produced in the stomach. This acid separates the iron from the food  and combines with it in a form that is readily assimilable by the body. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of food iron. The administration of alkalis hampers iron absorption.
Iron Deficiencies: The amount of new iron needed every day by the adult body is about 15 mg. A child needs a bit more in proportion to her/his weight; although these amounts are very small, iron deficiencies may cause serious disorders. A common form of anemia results from iron deficiency. A great loss of blood, such as may result bleeding ulcers, hemorrhoids, or injury, may cause a deficiency of iron. Women who  lose plenty of blood in menstruation may have to supplement their diet with iron-rich food.
Iron deficiency sometimes occurs in pregnancy as a result of increased demands on the mother’s blood. Iron deficiency may also occur in infants, since milk contains little iron;although babies are born with an extra supply of hemoglobin, by the age 2, or e months old they need iron-rich food to supplement milk. Iron preparation, such as ferrous sulfate, may be necessary in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia; they should be administered  after meals, and never on an empty stomach, the drugs will cause the person stools to turn dark green, or black; overdosage may cause severe systemic reactions.
Now I am going to leave certain information out , so that you do use it to make yourself a fool as you have already done. However I will tell you hypersensitivity to iron supplements is not uncommon to people with other known allergies. In some people the parenteral administration of iron can cause vomiting, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and urticaria. Now if you fed you son properly, he would not have come down with iron deficiency. So, here are some food source of Iron which you can feed him which may help.
Liver is the  richest source of iron, containing enough in 6 oz. for a whole day supply for an adult; other iron rich foods include lean meat, oysters, kidney beans, whole-wheat bread, kale, spinach, egg yolk, turnip tops, beet greens, carrots apricots, and raisins.
And now I am going to confuse your mind because you are to rude: I know you will have no clue what I am talking about here: i.-59 a radioisotope   of iron having a half-life of 45 days; used in ferrokinetics, I am leaving out the rest okay, cause you are already crazy.
I am not going to respond to you crap anymore, I only wasted my time with this only to make you understand, you are not dealing with an idiot, Elizabeth, your intelligence is beneath mine, you can pick up bits and pieces from your so called  welfare nurses, and pseudo welfare bush doctors, but unless you learn it from an academic  institution the rubbish you write matters squat doodle to me!
You see this here: I suggest that your should simply shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   that tells me you are no different from the idiots you associates with upstairs your apartment, birds of a feather flocked  together, you are an idiot too, I told you to leave me alone you know. I do not wish to be bothered!

Here what I spoke to you on that day, it was pertaining to my son who suffered “iron deficiency”, which caused him to slightly anemic–leading to his vision problem.

I don’t care about what you know about “ION” the term below is spelt “IRON”   That is what I was talking about, when you said it was “ion” just like you told me that the saying is not a “storm before a calm” it is a “calm before a storm” but how can that be?  For everyone, who was going through a calm, would die with worries because they would know that they are heading into a storm–ask yourself how long you would have died, for dying in the physical only happens once.

Now read below, I am glad that your eyes cannot avoid the heading–I could have left the whole thing for you, but I know that you cannot read and understand more than first paragraph.  This is simply from a quick research–so take a quick look as well, and then I suggest that your should simply shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I did it again; even worse this time; because I want you to perceive my emotions against your “stupidity”. If you think that it is uneducated to emphasize an exclamation, with the mark, what do you say about the broken English that you write all over the place?

Hemoglobin and Functions of Iron

is an essential element for blood production. About 70 percent of your body’s iron is found in the red blood cells of your blood called hemoglobin and in muscle cells called myoglobin. Hemoglobin is essential for transferring oxygen in your blood from the lungs to the tissues. Myoglobin, in muscle cells, accepts, stores, transports and releases oxygen.

Some foods rich in iron include:

Meat and Poultry

  • Lean beef
  • Veal
  • Pork
  • Lamb
  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Liver (except fish liver)

Seafood

  • Fish
  • Mussels
  • Shellfish

Vegetables

  • Greens, all kinds
  • Tofu
  • Broccoli
  • Sweet Peas
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Kale
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Tomatoes
  • Lima Beans
  • Potatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Corn
  • Beets
  • Cabbage

You know,I well spare you an actual insult; but simply for the hell of it I will embarrass you because of your sharp tongue, which makes you look, and sound stupid every time. I know you will not understand this, but it will serve as an embarrassment which will help you to guard you tongue before you start talking nonsense to me.
Some of the energy in foods we eat is eventually converted into the kinetic energy of our moving arms. However, food fuels cannot be used to energize body activities directly. Instead, some of the food energy is captured temporarily in the bonds of a chemical called adenosine triphosphate, or (ATP).
Later, ATP’s  bonds are broken and the stored energy is released, as needed to do cellular work. Chemical energy in the form of ATP is the most fundamental form of energy in living systems because it is used to run all functional processes. So too Electrical Energy reflects the movement of charged particles. In our home  electrical energy is found in the flow of electrons, along the  household wiring.
In your body, electrical current are generated as charge particles called ions move across cell membranes. (that kind of ion, is different to an iron) which you used to iron cloths fool!
The nervous system uses electrical currents, called nerve impulses, to transmit messages from one part of the body to another. Electrical current traveling across the heart stimulate it to contract (beat) and pump blood. This is why a strong electrical shock, which interferes with such current, can cause death.
You think you smart Elizabeth, I will chew you up and spew you out educationally. Let me educate you: There are three major types of chemical bonds -ionic, covalent, and hydrogen bonds- result from attractive forces between atoms. Atoms are electrically neutral. However, electrons can be transferred from one atom to another and, when this happens, the precise balance of + and – charges are lost and charge particles called ions are formed. With that said, I refuse to educated you any fouter on that except introduce  “Ionic Bonds which are anion, cation, and ionic bond.
One example of ionic bonding is the formation of sodium chloride (NaCl), by interaction of sodium, and chlorine atoms. Sodium, with an atomic number of 11, has only one electron in its valence shell……. and this is all I am prepared to give you, perhaps that will shake you up a bit, and will cause you to stop arguing about things you do not know about. You associate with some dumb people who claim to be nurses, if they that great, they would not be on welfare, they would be working you see. What you read here you could not have got in elementary school in your village If you want to learn chemistry perhaps you could return to school and educate yourself.

“The saying that there is always a storm before the calm”, that is well spoken; for the entrance of Jesus will bring with it the Days of the Great Tribulation–Jesus said that unless those days were shortened; for the sake of God’s elect–meaning His chosen people–no flesh would survive.
Man, I can’t believe that you read the whole of that paragraph  of mine above and you chose to contend my understanding as you write “stupidity”–and you are claiming not to be “senile”  suffering from “Dementia”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Where have you ever heard a “calm before a storm”–and what is the atmosphere when the storm has ended?.That is what I explained above, pertaining to the reason for the return of Jesus, which will bring the days of the Great Tribulation; but those who survive those days –God chosen people– will enjoy peace and tranquility.   or is it that you do not know what the “Great Tribulation” means?

Well most women who have given “birth” knows that there is no calm before the storm of labor come upon us,–I am one of those women.  I know the storm of labor–but when my son was born–I could not tell what part of me was hurting –because my body went into relaxation.  The storm is always comes followed by a calm–stop writing your childish stupidity to my comments, here or there okay!.

Now don’t you start with me here, like that time you claimed that I was a fool, because I would not accept your saying that “ion” was the name of the mineral in the blood and not “iron”  I have many other examples from you.  Now leave me alone
