  1. Your hard work and dedication really shows in this video, great job! 💪

  2. I know from experience that Montreal Airbnb’s are also used for long term housing. A host rents some large apartments such as ones with 4-5 bedrooms and charges up to $800 per room. One person had been there for 4 years. This was on Duluth. Another was rented from a person in Ontario and also turned into an Airbnb hotel. In this case, the oven was being used as central heating source and nobody seemed to think anything was wrong. It was turned on to about 500 degrees and the oven door was opened. I was very glad to leave. Nobody cared starting with the host. He also didn’t properly install a smoke alarm. He couldn’t be bothered but he advertised safety precautions.
When I heard about this fire, I immediately thought of my experiences with Montreal Airbnb’s. I witnessed the lax attitudes towards things like smoke detectors. I don’t personally agree that the entire neighborhood is waiting to burn down. I have been in Montreal long enough to form an opinion.
