    1. Here’s my offer:

Don’t like your job? Then quit and find a better job in the private sector. You are NOT owed a lucrative public sector job.

Also, CUPE Is now disbanded. Permanently.

    2. We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………

    1. Until such time the government disbands all public sector unions.

It’s time to tell public sector workers that they are NOT owed a lucrative public sector job. Don’t like your public sector job? Then quit and find a better job in the private sector.

  1. Translation:” We don’t want to negotiate with CUPE. We want it our way and it’s not fair that they won’t accept out offer”.

    1. It’s the other way around there pal! Ford repealed bill 28 then they do this! F**k them!
Let them strike because we’ll FINE them until their bank accounts EMPTY!!

  2. Walk off and just keep on walking! Your greed, your pension and your demands are hard enough on the struggling tax payers of Ontario!

    1. Let me answer it for you. #1 the tabled offer is one that the Government (i.e. taxpayer) can afford, #2 We already invest more money in Education than ANY previous Government, #3 If you want more “services” let’s fund it from salaries – either way, the NET increase in Education spending MUST remain the same.

  3. the problem should have been solved 6 years ago. They have been patient long enough. It’s funny how it nver takes long for mp and mpp to give themselves a raise and we dont get to accept or not the offer…. we just pay the bill…

    1. That sounds logical yes but when u have teachers striking every 3 years and getting raises which has them among the highest paid in the world. Custodians, Librarians, childcare assistants haven’t been on strike since 1999 and now due to inflation are now barely affording basic needs as Education workers. So its more like give them wat they deserve

    2. I will never understand this logic lol so everyone finds another job, and then we no longer have a functioning education system lol

    3. @Ashley Meloche exactly but the insinuation is if we dont like it n leave someone else will kinda thing, which makes sense but isn’t realistic at all LMAO

  5. Would Entry Pay at $50,000/yr. +5,000/Annual increase up to a max of $90,000 aside from current benefits be enough for staff, ECE and elementary teachers? Just a question, curious as to what some may think?

  6. You know, if you use the word “significant” enough, it still doesn’t actually gain “significance” unless it has substance. You, sir, and your boss have no substance, even in speech, and consequently are NOT significant.

    (cough)
