  1. I am glad to know the attorney who robbed her is in prison. Many judges and attorneys should be incarcerated.

    1. @Russ White I’m wondering, will he go peacefully, or will he run and hide like a child? Will he scream WITCH HUNT the whole time? Who will he threaten? The possibilities are endless.

  2. Cross examination
In law does it matter if the witness hates the defendant???
    Is evidence not the key???

    1. If a witness was incarcerated unjustly they would not be unexpected to show bitterness to the parties responsible.

    2. No it doesn’t matter. The judge is the trier of facts. He is supposed to make a decision based on those facts.
People are confusing a witness with a jury member.

  3. Evidence was sufficient but not overwhelming…. wth? If there’s evidence and a law on the books that was broken, then charge him already.. get it over with..

  4. The right answer is if a crime has been committed it needs charged no matter who committed that crime! That’s what is supposed happen in a country that has a foundation of laws that apply to all. Oh the things I think I could or would do if there wasn’t any laws.( things I never ever thought about until the former president and especially the events of Jan.6)

    1. @The Great Gazoo he’s wretched, indeed. But he served his time, And is now serving up info and insights, so let him get on with it.

  5. If Donald Trump does not show up Issue a warrant for his arrest Like anyone else hes not above the law

  6. If the star witness can back up what he says with evidence, which I’m sure he has, then I don’t see how a prior conviction would be an issue. It’s not like the entire case is hinged on his testimony, there would be plenty of other witnesses and evidence. Maybe I’m being over optimistic?

    1. In the words of Michael Cohen, “Numbers don’t lie, people do’. Can’t see how this is going to be too tough for prosecutors.

  7. Even if he doesn’t go to jail, a bigger win is that he is permanently prohibited from being at public office at any level.

    1. @Franklin  NOT caring for anything, but what’s in her bank account will lead Mel to her tragic demise.

Early on, We the People witnessed the core of her vileness when she wore the infamous $39.00 coat to “visit” caged children on the southern border, that read on its backside, “I Don’t Care, DO You,”

  8. When will people realize that “Unprecedented” is just an excuse and has absolutely nothing to do with “Justice” ‼️

    1. I got ‘unprecedented’ fatigue the second week of the Trump admin. It only means no one in this position has every been such a corrupt, nihilistic, narcissist. A man seeking only to enrich himself at every turn, at the cost of the country.

    2. Unprecedented means it hasn’t happened before so there is nothing to compare it to. What is so hard to understand about that?

  9. This is just the beginning. I’m going to need a whole lot of popcorn to watch the show. It’s about time!

  10. Bottom line. He paid $130,000 for 30 seconds. He got a discount on the normal rate of $260,000 a minute.

  11. And this is exactly why powerful people get away with things. They are given a choice. “Would you like to come and talk to the Grand Jury, Mr. Trump?” Absolutely pathetic and sickening. Ordinary folks are arrested and banged up before they realize what’s happening. The system needs to be much, much tougher on these crooks.

    1. He has too many people that would take the hypothetical bullet for him! I don’t get it! Even now with Ellis she’s lying about the lie with her censure!
