  1. Great move,I hope we invest in collaborative and educational rehab programs, instead of investing that money in prisons .Drug use is usually from ignorance Emotional and mental Heath issues.

  2. Insane! Crime is crime! Skin colour should not be a factor! Meanwhile, hardworking Canadians simply trying to make a living or protesting are being arrested and fined!

    1. You underestimate the power of stupid: snowflakes, corrupted burocrats, useful idiots, criminals, social parasites will make a significant number for Liberals; therefore, they do everything in their intrest to hurt law obeying productive citizens. We are screwed!
