The Conscious Voice, is leading a conscious worldwide revolution, calling for the nation and the world to become self-sufficient and economically sustainable. With this vision, he is imploring the world to realize that “a food crisis is on the horizon if they do not plant more trees…. more seeds” and develop livelihoods within their communities. The vision is to love and honor ourselves first as a people, then develop enterprises to facilitate a people-centered form of responsible tourism.

Mackie Conscious asks the nation to take action now, firstly by listening to “Plant Some Trees”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxRVhb4fh58 and then share with networks of people.

Renowned for songs such as “What If”, “The World is In Trouble”, “Rebel”  “Jamaica 50” , “Cellphone on the Hip”, “More Reality” and “Jungle Out There”, The Conscious Voice has performed for heads of state, dignitaries, and celebrities across the Caribbean and USA, at many concerts and major stage shows.  Mackie performed at the Fifth Summit of the Americas Conference, which was attended by several world leaders, including United States President Barack Obama.  The summit, held 2009 in Trinidad & Tobago was staged under the theme, ‘Securing Our Citizens’ Future by Promoting Human Prosperity, Energy Security and Environmental Sustainability’. Those issues mirrors the musical philosophy of Mackie Conscious then and now.

With his inspiring message of empowerment through entrepreneurship, freedom and spiritual upliftment, The Conscious Voice will support the Conference’s theme of “Sustaining & Transforming Communities through Tourism Entrepreneurship.”
