Just something I’ve always been aware of, I never lean on a rail that’s above ground level, I’ve seen too many loose railings for me to just lean on one especially 2 stories or more
I’m not surprised!!! I lived in a condo in Legacy the balcony is made of wood not concrete!!!!!! It’s only a matter of time before the railing gives way..
