    1. @Cody Hummel I wonder how long his leadership will last if he gets it…….o’toole didn’t even get 2 yrs

    2. @Longdivision 27 o tool is a tool. Not a true conservative.. any real canadian conservative could see he was a JT 2.0

  1. You Sir are the Mayer, don’t wait for a daily briefing, get out there and see for your self what is going on in your town. The perception that you are giving is that you are either in hiding or denial of the situation. You are a PUBLIC SERVANT, go serve your public as you were entrusted to.

  2. Why so worried? “If you’ve done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about”…right? Remember that old chestnut?

  3. I love seeing these politicians squirm. They are uncomfortable, and their hands are tied, so long as these protests remain peaceful, there’s not much that they can do.

    1. Case you haven’t heard this wasn’t a peaceful protest it was an illegal blockade of a provincial highway. That has been remedied today. Two lanes of traffic are now open to border crossers.

    1. Lil baby Kenny changed the rules when they wanted to beat down indigenous… of which I bet you were all about.

    2. @Josh Simms Brian Peckford is not the last living drafter of the Charter. For one thing, Jean Chretien, who was the federal Justice Minister at the time, is still alive. And you didn’t answer the question: _what constitutional right is being exercised?_

    1. Different area of the country and experience. I hope they call in the military to clear these protesters and allow the ones who are bringing supplies to Canada to carry on. This not Trump town.

    2. Allow me to dispel your confusion…

      If Trudeau says something

      THE OPPOSITE IS THE TRUTH

      Let’s Go Brandeau!!

  4. You feel it now the mandates have been doing that to others for too long but it’s wrong for you what a leader

  5. This mayor seems useless. Why do they keep going to this guy? STOP with this goof. Go and support them already MAYOR. He is making this ALL worse.

  6. It’s funny how the mayor is saying “enoughs enough” lol because that’s exactly what the truckers are saying 😆

  7. I respect this gentleman for looking after the interests of his citizens, and not using inflammatory rhetoric against the overall protest. Sounds like he may have actually read the organizers’ manifesto, and heard their repeated appeals to participants to be respectful, peaceful and law-abiding. They are even reporting incidents to police themselves.

  8. “enough is enough” well said. That’s how all the Canadians waving flags on bridges last week and truckers all over feel . Enough is enough

  9. What impact are the mandates having on canadians, is the relevant question. It’s been two years. Your ‘inconvenience’ has been less than two days!
