Order Out of Chaos has several meanings, ranging from nebulous metaphysical deeds to concrete social engineering. If Navalny is released and replaces Putin, there is a chance that the Russian interference with American politics will slow on social media, and there will be fewer Russia bots in the comment section. If there are fewer Russia bots in the comments, do you think the number of click-bait comments will also decline ?
That’s the theory UK has adopted, leave up to 12 weeks between 1st and 2nd dose to get more people vaccinated early. Better to have 10 million with 75% immunity (1 dose) than 5 million with 95% immunity(2 doses).
Plus, going by the data so far, the first dose appears to reduce the instance of ‘severe’ covid infection (needing hospitalisation) by over 90% although this has yet to be fully proven by empirical data.

If you choose to not want to wear a mask, social distance, wash your hands, or get a vaccine, no problem, just do not go to the hospital when you catch it. Rather than waste time fighting which opinion regarding those things is correct, let everyone do what they want, the end result is the same. Everyone will catch it, there will be herd immunity, those that followed the rules will have fewer problems and deserve medical care if the need it. Fair ?

Look, the problems we’ve had distributing the vaccine are caused _purely_ by poor planning. We don’t need to start skipping doses for anyone. _We need to develop an infrastructure in this country that helps keep people alive,_ instead of every single thing in this nation being entirely about making money. _That’s the problem here._ Remember, doses are being thrown away. The problem isn’t a shortage of vaccines. It’s a lack of planning. The only real solution is to get better at planning.
