While I am grateful for this critical information, I think it should be mandatory for public officers, to attend training on public and extemporaneous speech. I mean, I can understand being nervous, but this is part of the job you hold. Ease of communication should be among the most basic of job requirements. Please do better. Some of you are making listening to and watching these rather painful!
