"Don't test fate," Newsom said during the Sunday update. "Just a foot of water and your car's floating, you know, half a foot of water and you're off your feet."

  1. A)… Build junk next to ocean.
    B) .. Ocean smashes junk.
    C)… Act surprised.
    D)…. Blame Ocean.

    1. E) Post dumb comments on YouTube about California because one is jealous of not living in the greatest state in the USA.

    2. @Subs I grew up in Orange County. Buena Park, Fullerton, Anaheim.
5th largest economy in the world, can’t argue that.
Really doesn’t affect my comment, tho. ☮️

    3. @IIGALAXYII my comment wasn’t about the State. It was about the people (Uber rich) that build crap back in the canyons and on the shore, where either fire or seas will inevitably destroy them. It helps that I grew up there. No plans to move back, but that’s not a criticism, either.

    1. They’ll complain either way. It’s too hot, we’re in a drought, we need help and now it’s too much rain, we need help. That’s all these people do is piss and moan about everything!

  2. Thank god. Hopefully it holds up. Definitely a state that needs rain hopefully it will reduce tree debris so less fires

  3. Its only a matter of time the ocean takes more of the shore and all the houses, towns, businesses, along the coast line into the sea.

    1. Wont be In our life time or even our great great grand children’s time. Couple thousands years maybe.

  4. Why is this video about rain but has footage of the ocean? Sea level and waves are unaffected by rain.

  5. Good, I hope California goes under along with their problems and politics. Instead of an asset to America, California is a liability. Or maybe they will secede from the United States.

  6. You would think that the soil would drink up all the water since it been in a drought for at least a few years!!

  7. Santa Cruz residence you are all in my prayers if you are asked to evacuate please do I know it’s hard and financially extremely hard for young families. You never know if it will take your house or if it will take you the house can be replaced you cannot so please get shelter where you’re not in flood zones! Prayers to all
