N.S. MLA removed from PC Caucus after encouraging blockade

The leader of Nova Scotia’s Progressive Conservative Party has officially removed MLA Elizabeth Smith-McCrossin from the PC caucus, after she encouraged a protest that blocked the Trans-Canada Highway near Thomson Station, N.S.

      Yes, because while the border is open to commercial traffic it is restricted for private traffic.

    Once you get the call you only have a few hours to get there.
    This border shut down should have been removed immediately.
    It is illegal to impead traffic. You want to protest, do it from the side of the road.
