NFL commissioner Roger Goodell holds news conference ahead of Super Bowl | USA Today

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell sent a memo to all 32 NFL teams saying that efforts to diversify the league's coaching ranks have produced "unacceptable" results and added that the league will look into allegations of tanking.

The memo comes days after former Miami Dolphins head coach Flores filed a proposed class-action lawsuit alleging racial discrimination in hiring practices.

The NFL, Dolphins, New York Giants and Denver Broncos were named as defendants in the lawsuit, in which Flores says those teams conducted "sham" interviews to satisfy the Rooney Rule, which mandates that teams interview minority candidates for head coaching and front office positions.

  1. Roger Goodel love Tom Brady and he knows already who is going to win the super bowl this Sunday because he is a cheater period

  2. There has to be trust with a employer hires anyone for any job. There’s a lack of trust with Black head coaches from the owners. The problem with these billionaires is as long as people watch, they won’t change a thing.

  3. Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you’ll be ecstatic with the decision you made today.

    1. I’ve lost quite a good number of coins in the current dip,I just hope I find a way to recover from such a massive loss.

    2. Well, you can actually make a whole lot of profit in crypto investment even with the current dip,you just need to work with a professional with a whole lot of experienced in the field

  4. We’re not necessarily asking for more diversity we’re just asking for real interviews or just asking for you to stop being racist that’s pretty much it
