The curfew is tonight Monday from 11pm to 5am

    • itsallfree a | June 1, 2020 at 5:18 PM | Reply

Of course not. Certainly not for those who have already given up on society. Certainly not for those who have been taught that they must be polite and submissive to police, even while dying, in order to survive them. Not when they’ve been told that no form of protest is considered acceptable.

  2. If Trump truly cared about justice, he would turn himself into the SDNY, and admit to running a CCE, a Continuing Criminal Enterprise for more than 30 years. Because that’s essentially what the Trump organization has been about from the very beginning. He has now added the White House to his criminal organization.

@John White What an absurdly asinine comment comparing a duly and freely elected American president that is constrained by 250 years of constitutional legal precedent to an inbred psychopathic tyrant who ruled by executing his opponents. It as intelligent a comment as a right winger comparing Biden to Hitler. Are you in third grade?

@Paul S back to the shithole you crawled out of, you sound like one the inbreds in “The Hills Have Eyes” movie

One Cop put down his baton and his body armor and join protesters, while Trump hid in his bunker making racist Twitter rants. His lavish life of self-serving privilege has no room for compassion and empathy. This families days of privilege will be ending soon.

We all watched on every station the murder of George Floyd by police. For every 1 protester out there in the streets 100 more are home in a show of solidarity

  8. Pedro Galvan | June 1, 2020 at 3:54 PM | Reply

A black man, Nathaniel Woods, was executed in Alabama with the blessings of the US Supreme Court for the shooting of 4 cops when he did not shoot anyone; another confessed to the shooting. Just for being there he was charged and eventually executed. The 3 cops that held George Floyd down were given a paid vacation….and the three little pigs went wee, wee, wee all the way home…

    • @Pedro Galvan Oh I’m sorry that anything more complex than “fire hurt owey” is beyond your capacity to deal with without having a seizure. Try not to slip on your own slobber on the way out.

    • Bitcoin Master | June 1, 2020 at 9:23 PM | Reply

itchydiscoman the police knew he wasn’t the shooter, that fact has been established. There were no gun powder on him and his fingerprints was not on any weapons. The guy that did the shooting is still alive and his fingerprints was on the gun. But he was charged because he was in the same house.

    • So everything is OK then …

We are trying to have some kind of dialogue and respect with police if you think about what you want done to you another was do unto others as you want done to youso if you don’t want to be knocked down in the street beating accused of something you didn’t do because of the color of their skin I’ve always thought the scale of Justice was unequal for blacks and it has proven so time and time again this has to stop maybe then we may be able to respect each other get along we all have to die one day so why is this so why is it so different for us as black and white I respect police officers the ones that show respect and compassion not about the color of my skin don’t hate me so much that you will take my life

    • Nessuno Dorme | June 1, 2020 at 10:56 PM | Reply

@itchydiscoman You obviously don’t know the story or you’d parrot the legal theory they really used to execute an innocent man, rather than making up your own ignorant lies.

  9. How can he defend the cops?? They were scared of getting cocktailed so they can run a bunch of people down???

    • driventomadness117 | June 1, 2020 at 5:56 PM | Reply

He’s not defending anyone he’s saying there are two sides of the story. Don’t polarize these issues.

  10. Orange County, Westchester County, “I CAN’T BREATHE” GEORGE FLOYD.

What people should never forget a man was murdered because of an alleged $20 fraud by the hand of not one but four white police officers who should protect and serve , they decided to be judge jury and executioner

  12. Ruby Studio | June 1, 2020 at 4:06 PM | Reply

the reporters did try to talk to the police. they got shot at

  13. He’s making excuses for police brutality….

  14. Police mindset is they’re above the law and above citizens. How can they walk arm in arm with the protestors? The sheriff in flint has more wisdom than most. An innocent black man was killed in Kentucky last night by a National Guardsman. This is why people are angry.

  15. Bwatts Watson | June 1, 2020 at 4:22 PM | Reply

Just a couple weeks ago the NYPD were beating people in the streets for not wearing a mask. Now they’re out there with no masks and acting like its nothing.

    • When there’s a riot going on and looters might attack you at any time, a mask does more to add risk by obstructing your vision than it does to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.

  16. Wow, he has no bias. When the protests are against police getting away with murdering black men, why would anyone want to hear from police? We don’t.

  17. Osiran Rebel | June 1, 2020 at 4:41 PM | Reply

Why do police officers still have the power to commit violence against anyone for a nonviolent crime ??
This is totally wrong, and next to the disgusting systemic racism, this is the biggest problem with the system.

By committing violence against anyone for a petty nonviolent victimless crime, the so called criminal becomes the victim .

  18. I think about all the times the phrase “I feared for my life” has been used. This is just the tip of the ice burg if America doesn’t get its act together.

  19. Samantha Fisher | June 1, 2020 at 4:49 PM | Reply

Why r the cops under investigation for running people over when the semi truck driver who stopped his vehicle has already been charged? The cops tried to run them down.

Putting clowns like this on tv is the problem.
Same as Charlottesville murder with a vehicle, luckily no one died
