  1. If she lives alone in a house with a basement that doesn’t even get used, she can afford the bill.

    1. @Skip Tracy “because you care so much…”- Maybe you should look up the word “projection”…

    2. @Jack Sprat dude is the one projecting. I gave my opinion on the story, and he felt it necessary to insult me. I simply called him out on it. I want to know if he’d say it to my face. Which I highly doubt.

    1. You are free to go to any lake or river to get your water. Then purity it yourself in massive enough amounts for all your usage. So yeah, there’s a few for it being delivered right to your tap.

  2. If the leak is passed the meter on the street it becomes the homeowner responsibility. We had a toilet floater break and bill came up $1,600.

    1. Were you aware about the toilet and didn’t repair it letting your water bill add up or was it until you received the bill and questioned why it was so high?

    2. @Pasqualina Michela Consiglio Commisso We didn’t know it was the problem. We thought it was an underground broken pipe.

    3. @Moderator of Youtube how did you become aware something was wrong?
