@Amanda E I don’t think that his comparisons to world war 2 and Vimy Ridge are appropriate seeing as nothing was mentioned on the 100 year anniversary of that two years ago. He’s basically using the veterans sacrifice as pawns to motivate some kind of patriotic duty. I think it’s pathetic, but now everyone can be a hero in their own little safe space.
