  1. Maybe PM Lego should use the Equalization Payments QC gets every year to make the system more resilient to these types of storms? All the cheap/subsidized daycare in the world is useless if you don’t have the electricity to provide the light and heat to operate anything, let alone daycare centers. Just saying!

    1. Yes, Quebec’s power system should be 100% protected against ALL possible extreme and rare weather conditions.

      Btw, among the other provinces that receive equalization payments, Quebec is BY FAR the one that receives the least money per capita. Just saying.
