Putin to the West: ‘Let’s stop being enemies’ | USA TODAY #Shorts

Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that Russia had tried to build positive relations with NATO and the West, but was met with a negative response.

In a closely watched speech, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday railed against the U.S. and its allies and said they were playing a "dangerous, bloody and dirty" game in hopes of dominating the globe.

Putin, who spoke at a conference of international policy experts one day after overseeing a nuclear training exercise, seemed to downplay Russia's losses in its war with Ukraine and said the conflict he launched was unavoidable after years of building tension.

Despite his repeated veiled references to Russia's nuclear arsenal in recent months, Putin said he has no intention of using such a weapon in Ukraine: “There is no point in that, neither political, nor military,” he said. The Russian leader also said the world order the West imposed since the Soviet Union's collapse is "coming to an end," according to a transcript by The Telegraph.

  1. The speech reminds me of that movie “Mars attacks” where the Martians say “We Come in Peace” …while they’re killing everybody with their ray guns. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    1. Ya reminds me of when we invaded the Middle East, you no how many innocent people will killed when we invaded, literally shooting people for the fun of it. So just think about that

    2. @Seiyuōkami Himura Maybe You don’t know about WEF / NWO , their YGLs and that ALL wars have been purposely and never were what it looked like . Do You know Mr. Greenscreen ?

    3. @Hirohito’s Waifu “There was an attempt” but it just would not make it. Apparently Russian system simply is not West compatible.

    4. This is a common feature of the Russian system. The old Polish communist-era joke goes something like this: “Americans usually have 3 cars – one for the husband, one for the wife and the third one, really nice, they use to visit friends together on weekends. Russians have two cars: one for the wife and one for the husband. And what do they take to visit friends? Tanks.”

  2. I especially like the part where he sees Russian demands to NATO as “cooperation.” His country was starting to prosper, they were starting to matter to the global economy. Then he pissed it away overnight because he doesn’t understand the meaning of the word compromise.

    1. @misspurr damn, nobody was talking about Trump or anything related lol it’s been almost three years sheeeesh

  3. Although what he did in Ukraine is deplorable, but at the same time he is right. NATO is the root cause of this conflict. And US is not taking responsibility for its military agenda.

    1. @Katherine Look it up,they sold it. Once you sell something, you have no say about its use anymore.
I can’t believe a fact like that has to be explained.

    2. @iThinkimArealBoy You obviously don’t understand that term what so ever because you have obvious interest in one particular “side”. You see our lord satan isn’t an obvious being and obviously wouldn’t employ some human that lacks the ability to be not obvious. You see what I did there both literary and physical manifestations of the term?

    3. @Kristal King Because pootrid has said he wants to resurrect the soviet union, using the same violent methods. His attack on Ukraine shows that.

    4. @Brian you literally can’t even explain it. Because it’s the biggest load of crooked bs since the pandemic lockdowns and vaccine mandates and all those lies. This govt is completely off it’s rocker and totally into clown show joke territory now. Impossible to take it seriously anymore otherwise it will effect your sanity trying to relate on their insane level

    5. @ChristianJon What I think is you’re young and you’re just now starting to pay attention to politics so obviously you’re attracted to the most dramatic aspects of it so that’s what you choose to see. In reality it’s all a game for stupid people and if you choose either of these fictional sides and stick with it then you’re an idiot just like the rest of the people who actually believe voting matters. It’s all a game and where the pieces don’t let them use you for a hand.

    1. This is what a genuine leader of a nation looks like folks. Just look at how far Russia has come since he was elected, late 90s ,after the collapse no one thought for a second that Russia was gonna do a complete 180°. lift millions out of object poverty, build beautiful cities educate millions, make peace with the Chechens, defeat ISIS , save Syria, Smash freaking Ukrainian NAHATZES!😱👍ect ect. The rupel is the worlds best preforming currency in the world year to date. While the euro, pound, & dollar plummet, have rolling blackouts. Lets not forget the energy costs. A galon of gas cost 10-12$ in the E.U.
While Brandon is shaking hands with ghost & sniffing little girls This guy Putin is the only one ACTUALLY talking peace!
So whos the mad man? UHRAA! Z.O.V.🤝👍✊🍻

    1. @yuan Wake up. I referred to the art of the deal. Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. Donald Trump definitely demonstrated that. However he was accused of being besties, a traitor at best, well not necessarily those words however MSM to this day willl still have you believe that. I would not vote for him again. It’s time to move on.

    2. @Zach Write what? I cannot think of an original idea that the ,”orange man” had. Oops, I will give him more respect for what he did for this country. How he accomplished it is up for debate. And lucky for you I’m not even going to address Joe Biden.

    3. @Yes, and Yes just reading your response to someone. Who the heck are you talking about, Jill Biden? It would not be the first time that a first lady became the quasi president. More recently was Nancy Reagan. During Reagan’s second term. He was obviously slipping, it was dementia. When was the last time Joe Biden has a
had a psychological evaluation. It has not happened. And what about Eleanor?

    4. @Lora lol the art of the deal. Are you being serious?

Trump was a coward and sycophant. He was used by dictators like Putin, who he worshipped.

    5. @yuan No need for me to discuss this with you.. We do have different perspectives and opinions. The question is how do we arrive in the end. Together?

    1. @Raúl Escobar okay Boris you tell us all the humanitarian missions Russia has undertaken on behalf of countries fighting for their lives or after natural disasters, or to save lives when no one else would step up. I’ll wait. Cuz the US does that without blinking every fckng year since Russia was bowing to Stalin who ruined Russia and still is.

    2. Russian aggression was always in response to Western interference in the region. Every single time. Interference which was a broken agreement that was signed by the US that there would be not one single inch of expansionism and no interference in the former Soviet satellite nations.

The Russian citizens perceived Gorbachev as naive and foolish for trusting the West. Russia actually had someone attempting to lead them into human rights, democracy and integration into free trade with the entire world. Western deceitfulness and betrayal led to Russian citizens desiring a hard line leader who would stand up against the west. And this is how we ended up with Cheka Putinism. Extreme nationalism we’re even the dissenting voices within Russian society were silenced for the greater good of standing up against the West and their dishonesty and their interference and their attempt to destroy russia. Russia which had not performed any amount of expansionism whatsoever until after, long after Western betrayal and interference had been taking place for decades. Global domination, globalists caused the rise of Putin.

After decades of global domination leadership. Johnson, nixon, ford, reagan, George Bush senior, Bill clinton, George Bush jr, Obama, and later biden. Trump was the only exception. And I also left out Jimmy Carter because I’m not sure but I don’t think he was an extremist like the rest of them.

The Globalists caused death. Put us deep in debt, facing extreme inflation. Their policies were a great benefit to corporate America and the elites and to themselves. Pipelines for transfer of wealth to the elites. Suffering and economic collapse for the citizens. But with each economic collapse there is another major transfer to the elites. Then the second pipeline for transfer of wealth opens. The bailouts for the banks incorporations. And of course their favorite pipeline for transfer of wealth. The promotion of regime change and war. Manipulation of markets, driving up the price of oil, insider trading hedge fund corruption such as we saw in the collapse of 2008.

Weakening other nations even though it only pisses them off and causes war and it only hurts the citizens. Never does it cause the leadership of the sanctioned Nation to bow down or change their ideology. And they know this. And they know that it harms citizens and leads to war.

Financial institutions buying foreclosures for $1 win foreclosures are sold at auction. Am I supposed to believe that no one was willing to bid $2 for a home that was valued at $148,000? Those houses never went to auction. another pipeline for transfer of wealth to the elites. Another deception.
So it is political corruption, corporate corruption, and financial institution corruption working together to promote as many pipelines for transfer of the wealth to the elites as they can possibly create simultaneously. Without regard to the pain and suffering that it causes whether it is death and bloodshed or the suffering that comes from economic collapse. The promotion of extreme economic cycles.

With each collapse crime spins out of control. People lose their minds. Foreclosure, domestic violence, divorce, desperation, incarceration. We suffer. They become elites. Global domination is not really trying to promote democracy around the world at the barrel of a gun. They just pretend that that is their purpose. Sanctioning a superpower is another pipeline for transfer of wealth. When it is the season for economic collapse which they deliberately promote, if you have weakened an entire superpower, when the transfer of wealth begins the superpower is not in a position to get as large a slice of the pie when the pie is divided. In the nation’s doing the sanctioning get a larger slice of the pie.

It should be tolerance of differing ideologies. It should be every nation having a one-track mind to create prosperity for their citizens. Which is the purpose for which they were elected by those citizens.

    3. @Creme Brulee
If every nation on Earth focused on creating strong economy and high employment numbers. Opportunities for advancement. This is how you cause the highest number of citizens of the world to prosper and find happiness. And if happiness is achieved what is there left to fight about? But this would not allow rapid advancement for the elites.

  4. NATO: “ no you can’t invade a foreign land, kill its people while killing your people at the same time” Putin throws are up in disbelief* welp I guess I have to threaten nuclear war

  5. I support the woman who placed a note on the graveyards of the parents of this Russian colonist: “plz take him with you”.

  6. I can’t tell if he’s delusional and actually believes his own BS, or if he’s just trying to scare us. It’s certainly weird, though, to invade a sovereign nation and then get upset when the citizens reject you. 🤔

    1. @V M every major country are war mongers. Just because the USA has the most influence, doesn’t make their actions any more egregious than others. Point that finger all around. It’s just the USAs turn. Next week be China… Again.

    2. @V M nah, never. They just kill their own citizens, if I’m correct, Mao has more kills under his belt than the USA, Stalin, Hitler, Lenin, combined. And managed it in only 40 years. Also, just because China doesn’t have the military capabilities to invade a country… Doesn’t mean they don’t play geopolitics all the same. Goddamn it’s one thing to have a different opinion on the facts, it’s another to have an opinion on something you have clue what you’re talking about.

    3. @V M what are they doing with Taiwan? What did they do to Hong Kong, Tibet? Oh they didn’t invade, they just took it over… THEN kill dissidents. wtf is the difference between doing it before, during, or after?

  7. It should be simple take all your people back to Russia and return all Ukraine territory and pay for the damages they we can talk.

    1. @Your comment is Testament to your stupidity it should be simple that usa might they own business stop interfering in war
      Take care they own country
      That would be simple

  8. If he sincerely desired peace and friendship, why then has he done everything in his power to achieve the opposite?
