The person we should be investigating is not Arruda but our prime minister François Legault. His mandates are far too severe and nothing is actually science based and the PM makes these decisions and has the last word. He probably quit because he knew how corrupt the government is or he got fired because he was opposing them.
All our political leaders should follow suit.
