They don’t. The numbers of cases are useless cuz the test is flawed. The death rate is on par with all flu’s each year. They cant enforce anything they’re spewing. This is why you live in canada . We have a charter of rights and thats why anyone that’s disputed any of these fines gets it thrown out before it goes
