Republican Herschel Walker and Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock kicked off their runoff campaigns as they fight for the Georgia Senate seat.

The senate race in Georgia will move to a runoff election after no candidate claimed over 50% of the vote. The highly competitive contest between incumbent Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock and GOP candidate Herschel Walker forms a key part of both parties' plan to control the Senate.
In Tuesday's election Warnock held a narrow lead over Walker, but not enough to secure a victory. The runoff election will be held Dec. 6, in accordance with new election laws passed in the state in 2021.

It’s so unbelievable that these two men are competing for such an important race for our democracy. One is a man of the cloth, a man of intelligence,a man of honor and the other can barely form a sentence and has a good chance of having brain damage as a result of many hits to the head from his career in football!
