Cowards they are. Death penalty is a good idea but only if a FAIR trial for the accused is granted. A wrongful conviction would be devastating.
THE DEATH PENALTY IS LONG OVERDUE FOR THOSE WHO MURDER.
OTHER COUNTRIES USES IT FOR OTHER CRIMES.
