It sounds like the police were conducting traffic stops on that road and each car was suppose to stop. If a car doesn’t stop, the police assume that those inside are intentionally trying to evade the police for a reason and may even be armed.
Why would her fiancé believe the best thing to do after she got shot was to speed away and not stop. Something doesn’t sound right.
Even so you dnt shoot. It’s called peace officer.

Sensationalized news on non payment to teachers. Firstly, the news said MOST Teachers,,,,, which is what percentage really?? How was this number detected? Is it that all 80,000 teachers were contacted???

The water problem is all across Jamaica. Wild Cane is no better off than these other places without water. I cannot see myself voting for either the JLP or PNP. Without water and proper roads there can be no votes.
They can place trackers in each money bag.The bank would return them once the money is recieved the the guard company deactivates them.Or they push it on an armoured motorised handtruck Dem caa lift up dat and run wid it and the key inside the bank.
That’s it Mark you tell them that has been used in UK for decades I just could not understand why the authorities here are not using such measures, they the robbers would get a nice and decent coat of dye which cannot wash off. They can be easily identified and the money would be useless. That should be implemented like now.

This case where the young lady was unlawfully shot by the police, I suggest that she seek help from a trusted lawyer and make sure to take pictures of the bullet before handing it over to anyone with a video of same, she needs some advice on this matter maybe an early suit should be filed against the two police men, commissioner of police and the Attorney General by a lawyer.
Guardsmen need to go back to using the red armoured trucks. The black vans look easy to rob. That’s one of the factors contributing to the robberies

I thought they had dye packs these companies are so careless.
I can’t believe they don’t use dye packs in the bags when they are transporting money. This is standard practice in the united states.
Why would the police shoot in the car? There’s a lot of craziness going on in our country. No wonder people are afraid to trust police, good ones or not. “Trigger-happy” will cripple any attempt to partner with communities/citizens.
Then we really need a British to advice about dye usage when them transport money. I am sure they see this on TV over 20 years ago.
