Former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina and former U.S. Rep. David Jolly join Andrea Mitchell to talk about the backlash facing GOP senators who voted to convict Donald Trump for inciting an insurrection at the Capitol. "What we are seeing are the opening salvos of the 2024 presidential election," Messina says. 1. These are the Kancel Kulture Klan! Featuring KK-Karen and dingle berries such as lady Lindsay and mullet Cruz lol

    1. I’m in southern IL and trust me. We like him here in the sticks too. Most of us do anyways. 😇 Good people are good people. Period.

  2. We are all allergic to sin so I will not try not to sneeze, but it seems like the Republicans are in the middle of a moral pandemic. I believe the Republicans called themselves the Moral majority. They need to get inoculated. Get your shots.

  3. Key line from this: “Appealing to a base that isn’t as big as they think it is” I’ve been saying this for weeks. The casuals have jumped ship. I know of MANY. We are stuck with the crazies that will lose big in ’22/’24

  4. “HEY!! WHEN YOU SELL YOUR SOUL TO JOIN UP WITH THE FORCES OF DARKNESS (see: GOP), YOU SIGN UP FOR LIFE, BUDDY! NO TAKEBACKS!! NOW LETS GET EM’ GUYS!”

  5. They sent him there to represent the party!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every one of them were sent there by their constituents not the party. Not do the right thing or vote his conscience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what is wrong with the system. So he just confirmed that they do not care one bit about the people and what the citizens need or want. Time for a change, time for a third party.

  6. Never again hope to ever ever hear they are the party of moral and ethical law. They are exactly the opposite. No redeeming qualities for any of them!!!

  7. Geez –
    1. They ARE a bunch of deluded idiots. Does he really not know that?
    2. Yikes, he’s on the Homeland Security Committee.

  8. Republicans voters are jumping ship. Pennsylvania GOP claims they sent Toomey to DC not to do the right thing, but they failed to remember it was voters who sent him there.

  9. oh its not adam that hurt the family name…. its the 11 members that think that Trump is anything of God…. lol if heaven and God is real, 100% I guarantee on my eternal soul God would not endorse Trump… the man that breaks all 10 commandments like its a game to rack up a high score.

  10. Yep bye bye RINOs, you won’t be re-elected as a Republican, time to change over to Democrat if you want to pursue a political career.

  11. When an elected official ignores the people who voted him in & does the opposite, it’s time to recall…Democrats & Republicans.
    It’s time to replace him.

    1. The flip side is… when an elected official puts partisanship ahead of morals and decency (and in this case, the Constitution), it’s time to recall.
