  1. I’m an American who has no skin in this game, but I do have a question….How might this appeal to the nostalgic, is it going to be Zellers resurrected, or is it just going to be Hudson’s Bay with a new Iine simply using the name Zellers? If the latter, then sadly it seems Iike a gimmick.

    1. Most Hudson’s Bay locations are 2 floors if not 3, apparently a whole floor will be the Zellers locations. They will have an electronics, And Toy department as well as food and cleaning material departments. It’ll essentially be a Walmart but without the clothing sections. Clothes will be in the Hudson’s Bay locations up or downstairs lol

    2. @silverdart333 Thanks for your response. Sounds Iike more than just a featured wing, seems Iike those who are nostalgic and those who are new to it will both find something they’re Iooking for. Have to check it out when I come up. Now, I don’t know what y’all’s Walmarts are Iike, but I’m hoping Zellers will be a cut or 10 above Walmart as far as corporate culture, customer service and class of clientele 🤣

  2. So the locations will be inside existing Bay stores taking up only 1 floor ? They likely won’t have too much selections of products, so basically it’s a floor designated to sell discounted items The Bay can’t sell (reduced to move) Isn’t the Bay in downtown Vancouver about to temporarily close for major re-modelling this year ?

  3. They should open their own locations and ask Canadians should show support to zollers and tell Walmart they’re not the only one. Let’s kick Walmart out of Canada.
