And hope the Judge order him to pay back the taxpayer money with Interest. Because prison time is not enough.
The reason why the case is being moved is that they want people to forget about this situation. This is the normal operation.

If citizens apprehend a criminal in the act of carrying out a crime and then turns that criminal along with evidence of the act over to the relevant authorities, the police, that criminal can argue that the police weren’t the ones to innitially apprehend him and so he should be let go?
