The thing is even if russia captured bakmut it was at a heavy cost of military weaponry and russian and wagner troops. The city is completely destroyed and even if they do capture it its only russias first victory in 8 months in a special military operation they only expected to last 3 days. They have had to fight for every inch and have suffered heavily. They may win the battle but russia has surely lost the war.

Kinzhal is not a cruise missile, it is an air launched (mig31) ballistic missile.
