    1. Russia now says that peaceful seamen were singing campfire songs and toasting marshmallows on the deck when the fire got out of control.

  1. Russia: we want to stay off shore at a safe distance and indiscriminately destroy civilian targets.
    Ukraine: defends itself.
Russia: No fair! I’m telling Mom!😭

    1. @wion Porky ah don’t cry, even some Russian sources admit it was hit with Russian made Neptune missiles which Ukraine has had for years, what an embarrassment hit by your own made missiles
They accidentally had the switch set to Boomerang mode 🚀💥🤣🤣🌻

  2. The warship Moskva has not sunk it has simply been reclassified as a new type of one-way submarine and is on a special underwater mission

    1. @Kevin Fishenden And more subs than the states… but ya, I concede I misspoke: I was meaning the European part of NATO, since, if things get hot, I’m not confident the US will actually get involved. Europe may very well be on their own. Alternatively, the US might be focused on deterring China and again, Europe would largely be on their own. That’s what I was thinking, but not what I said.

    2. @Wilfred Darr European naval power is still 5 carriers to 1 that’s out of action, yes they have a lot of subs or did as many are not serviceable

  3. It wasn’t a missile that Ukraine hit you with, Russia. It was a long distance fireworks operation.

    1. @ Vault Kreeper I’m sure it was just a little love pat. When boys play, they DO get a little rough sometimes…

    2. And again the western media celebrates the sinking of the “Bismark”, while Russia appears to have established a new interesting reef dive site in the Black Sea… I really wonder why Putin himself didn’t hold on to the ship for promotional purposes in freediver-style en route to its last destination.
His riding bear probably didn’t like that much the lukewarm water …

    2. Probably by a US missile , that’s why Putin is sending in reinforcements he wasn’t expecting a missile capable of destroying a warship and undetectable. Wikipedia has an article saying Ukraine has anti warship missles made from russia, updated last month , these missles were produced in 1973 do you really think Russia wouldn’t be able to detect missles they created?

    3. If it wasn’t sunk, one more Neptune missile ought to do it! Anyone seeing the symbolic irony here? Neptune was the Roman god of the sea, he held a trident as symbol of his power. The Ukrainian power symbol is the trident!

  4. Which is more embarrasing ?
Blowing up your own ship or having your most advanced ship being blown up by just two missiles ?

    1. @for fun Embarrassingly they believe it was Russian made Neptune missiles
They “accidentally” had the switch set to Boomerang mode 🚀🤣🤣

    2. Newflash: A small Russian cruise missile called a “putinbunghole ringer tu367′ fired from inside Russia inadvertently struck and sunk Russia’s naval flagship. Numerous hemorrhoids have occurred.

    1. @Johnny’s GamingClub don’t worry I am sure they won’t hit Belgorod too heavily just military targets 🤣🚀💥

  5. ‘An escalation by Ukraine’, you must be kidding, defending your country is hitting the invaders

  6. Could this female reporter clarify what escalation does she mean? As far as everyone reports it is already brutal, Russian style full scale war? I suppose she does not advocate for stopping to defend its territory by Ukrainians in order not to “escalate”. Dear reporters please choose your words appropriately.

    1. I think you all have it wrong as to what she’s implying. She’s saying by going after Russian ships, Russia will probably go after more cities including the capital again. We all certainly want Ukraine to fight back.

  7. This wasn’t a fire, it was special thermal operation to reduce the weight of the vessel, and to ensure the sailors where up to date with their swimming certificate. Also, the ship wasn’t damaged as it doesn’t exist because we never built it as a friendly gesture to Ukraine. But if video confirmation surfaces of the vessel being struck by a missile (that doesn’t exit), then we will consider this as an act of war, and the war that isn’t a war will become a war and the first part of the not war where we said we wanted to take Kyiv, that is a war, that was a feint to distract from the real war which also isn’t a war in the Donbass will be reattempted even though it was a feint not an attempt. But any and all pictures and videos of the ship are fake and therefore we win.

Did I do good Mr Putin, can I have my mouldy bag of grain now?

    1. 🤣 Ryan…that was priceless!! There’s a famous artist with your name running around the art world.

  8. The heck sort of escalation is that?
Ukraine isn’t allowed to shoot at Russian targets inside Russia, but Russia can hit Ukrainian targets inside Ukraine?

If anything, sinking the Russian Fleet would de-escalate the situation on the Black Sea coastline. No more provocations by Russian warships after that. Basically a forced ceasefire, if you think of it.

    1. When the weak ones hit back they get hit harder, I think that is what is going to happen. Have seen it happen in my life millions of times.

  9. “would create an escalation?” she said. So Russia can do whatever it wants, but Ukraine can’t defend itself? Russia would escalate this even more, if the Ukraine Military did nothing.

  10. This is not an escalation. This is war. Russia has been escalating this since day one and what you are seeing is a disproportionate response from Ukraine as the underdog attacked entity.

  11. It pains me to hear them bend over backwards to see Russia’s point of view. “Oh dear this is an escalation. Now the Russians might hit Kyiv”. Do you seriously think there is anything holding Russia back from destroying anything they want in Ukraine?

    1. @Small Pseudonym What the heck are you rambling on about? In certain Asian Countries “Blending the cats” would be seen as perfectly reasonable..And also, who are you to dictate which side is Bullshit? Just because the media has decided that Russia is the bad guy, doesn’t mean we can’t be presented with the opposite argument and decide for ourselves what is BS. You seem to be arguing FOR one sided propaganda to shoved down your throat, which is borderline tarded.

  12. What a stupid comment that this could be seen as an escalation. Of course it is and good on Ukraine for having the ability to hit this ship and give some payback !🇦🇺🇺🇦

    1. Listen to what she said: “…..that would be interpreted BY THE RUSSIANS as an escalation”

Like Russia already DID blame Ukraine after the anti-oil-depot operation 1-2 weeks ago.

  13. Rarely heard a news presenter utter so much rubbish. Is she really saying the Ukraine is being reckless in defending itself against a Russian invasion?

  14. It’s really frustrating hearing people say this is an “escalation”. It implies there is no right to self-defense.
