  1. I guess this opens the door to suing the manufacturers of vehicles and the makers of alcohol when you get harmed by a drunk driver.

  2. Glad to hear this! Things need to change. Let’s hope this is the beginning of a shift in gun manufacturers and owners taking on responsibility for the destruction they cause!

    1. You need to read some statistics from the fbi and oh, the news and your first grade teacher on civics and common sense. Do I get to sue Ford if someone kills my child in hit and run or dui? Cars are FAR more dangerous and kill more children than guns dear. We allow unlimited fentanyl and human trafficking from our southern border, enriching cartels than they ever had before, but you’re worried about this? If the anti-gun people spent one quarter of their activist time trying to help victims of human trafficking or stopping it, we’d be a better world. More young boys and girls are sold into sex trade in this very country than are hurt by guns. Pick a better tragedy to fight against, I’m begging you. If you’ve ever been victimized by these horrible people that aren’t even human, you’d understand. Try volunteering to help victims and you’ll learn quickly how much slavery is happening under our noses. Today. Now. To children and women, it’s horrific.

    2. @Samson Soturian If you are considering the Law as a career better hope the Bar Exam doesn’t include a spelling test..

  3. So I guess I will sue the car manufacturer the next time someone hits me, or a family who loses someone in drunk driving case. Can someone give me the name and phone number for the company who made my fork that made me fat? I understand wanting to reach out and soothe people. But after this long, this isn’t about good will. If they don’t have the balls to be in this business, good riddance. They’ve lost more business capitulating than they would have sticking to the protections of law.
