    1. And no more Justices who were Bush Jr’s private attorneys. Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Kavanaugh and Barrett all were Bush Jr’s private attorneys for the Gore vs Bush election case. 🤔

    2. @Greg M Well there’s the link to the dark money. It leads to Bush. One might want to interview Justin Kennedy about dark money. Justin Kennedy (the son of former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy) worked at Deutche Bank and helped authorize the loan to Trump and then subsequently Anthony Kennedy retired early to allow his young protege Brett Kavanaugh to be nominated for the Supreme Court. This has a very appearance. See videos on Sheldon Whitehouse speaking about dark money. Then watch the video about who owns the loan given to Donald Trump by Deutsche Bank.

    1. @Craig Norris There’s a difference between a left or right-leaning judge and a judge who’s guided by his or her political affiliation. There’s nothing wrong with judges identifying as democrat or republican as long as they can faithfully apply the law to the facts—as opposed to judges who bring distinct political agendas with them.

  1. Remember all life time appointed judges and justices are subject to impeachment. I hope someone is keeping their eyes on the prize.

    1. Unfortunately it still takes a 2/3 majority to impeach a federal judge, and you can’t impeach just because they were appointed by the opposition party.

    1. A) It’s hard, if not impossible to do that without them having comitted a crime
      B) Removing judges JUST because you don’t like them sets a terrible precedent for when we have another Trump-type in the white house.

    2. @c0nd0rd4myt It really is too bad we can’t get rid of the bad and dangerous judges – measured by a federal indexing of sentences vs race vs gender vs etc. Teachers, nurses, and others who work for the public have to show competence in their field and be ready to be tested again for periodic relicensing. Judges should be held to the exact same account.

  2. There needs to be a review and investigation of ALL the current Judges (Supreme Court, Federal Courts, and State Courts), and we need to impeach and replace those who are not qualified or are corrupt.

  3. And no more Justices who were Bush Jr’s private attorneys. Justice Roberts, Kavanaugh and Barrett all were Bush Jr’s private attorneys for the Gore vs Bush election case. 🤔

  4. So we have become the very Country our founders were trying to avoid ‘becoming’ …a Powerful Country that doesn’t value the diversity of cultures, histories and values of all of ‘We the People”!?!

  5. It wasn’t so much putting imbalance on the bench as packing it with incompetent biased persons who could be counted on to comply with right wing political demands.

  6. It’s vital that the Dems move to restore a healthy balance of people who are genuinely qualified to be part of the judiciary as opposed to the “sheeple” as Sen. Schumer rightly calls them, who were inserted by Trump. America can recover from the damage Trump did, but it will require very vigorous action from people with genuinely democratic values.

  7. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
