  1. Rand Paul is forgetting that some older adults teach these children he’s trying to get back into the schools. While the kids might not get sick what about the teachers, staff etc.

    1. We shut down our schools in Oregon, because teachers and aides were getting sick. At first, we weren’t sure where the contacts were, then realized it was asymptomatic children. If children and staff wore masks, and class size was no larger than 25, we might consider reopening in the autumn. But, class sizes today are just too large to be safe, and Oregon only requires mask wearing from those 12 and older.

    2. What about the people , family ,neighbors, older people that these kids contact after school??

    3. Some children have parents with underlying condition. My daughter has 3 children. 6 yrs old twin and a 12 year old. She is diabetic and has to take insulin.

  2. This BS from rand Paul is the same guy that tested positive for covid19 and continued walking around infecting people!

  3. Remember when Rand Paul got tested for Covid and before getting his results he went to the Senate gym, exercised and swam at the pool? And this guy is a doctor.

    1. @Joseph Kalish based on a stupid comment like that I’m pretty sure you don’t have to fake stupidity.

    2. Are you old enough to remember the commercials, “I am not a doctor, but I play one on TV.” Rand Paul stars in 2.0 – “Im not a doctor, I play one in the Senate.” Just read his wikipedia entry: an opthamologist. Not sure I would want this blind guy working on my eyes. And neither would I want him as my Senator. Are he and McConnell REALLY the best that Kentucky has to offer?

  4. Here from a man that got COVID & didn’t love his neighbor as the Bible says & tell his colleagues he was tested!!

    1. @cj p are you stupid? Some ppl have it and don’t have symptoms but I doubt the dead were overhyping the virus…. I can’t believe some ppl could be still oblivious and stupid.

    2. Yep! And Senator Krysten Sinema (among others) was NOT happy that he swam in the Senate pool around the time she did despite not knowing his COVID test results. Rand Paul is one of the oddest Senators, and that says a lot these days.

  5. Such a shame when Rand Paul can’t “clink on the lick.” Maybe he should try clicking instead?

    1. LoL @Bookmouse I noticed that . Sorry he’s not that kind so I don’t mind laughing. Bless his heart πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

  6. Rand Paul every single time I see the guy he’s clearing his nose. Kind of funny it happens in every video. Bad habits

    1. @untseac And I’m not concerned about being right. I’m concerned about keeping my family alive and healthy.

    2. @untseac He agreed that it’s important to gets school open, he never said that it needs to be open right now. There is no away Dr. Fauci will say schools need to be opening right now, so where is your point. Also, all media can be fake, this includes FOX where they called the virus a hoax. Don’t tell me FOX is more trustworthy than CNN, cus you lost all right to even make an argument. To be frank, I have no clue wtf are trying to say. I believe the U.S needs to be re-opened. NOT RIGHT NOW THO. Make a valid argument before you type.
Like you are just looking like a fool right now, not trying to be mean, but can people not agree on a subject. Then disagree on approach.

  7. If the US had a leader that addressed the pandemic our kids would be safe going back to school.

    1. I do not believe there is anyone who could have done a better job on addressing the pandemic in the US. And now so many people are refusing to wear amask.

    2. @Taijifufu, I totally agree. A selfish man cannot lead people … he is just concerned about himself.

    3. @Mark Hynes hummm, well, to start with nobody, but you apparantly, seriously think a highly contagious disease has a end game. Also pretty sure the European Union doesn’t think this is some kind of Democratic hoax as they banned all Americans from traveling to Europe.

  8. Imagine a braindead senator giving medical advice to the CDC it’s pure gold the nerve of that moron

    1. Rand Paul acts like he knows it all because he has something of a medical background. I think the smartest people are typically the ones who admit they don’t know everything, are generally open minded, and willing to learn. This does not seem define Rand Paul.

  9. Fauci……you can tell that he’s glad he had the mask on, so that he didn’t have to keep a straight face.

    1. Bea And, there are high-risk children with Asthma, Juv Diabetes, etc. And, what if a kid takes it home to a parent or grandparent. They still can’t figure out β€œsuper-spreaders” We have two moms in their 30s, who have cancer. What is there child brings it to their mom, innocently? There will be an outbreak, and they will have to go back to distance-learning. Historical times. People need to β€œbuck-up”. The people of the Greatest Generation, the men and women who signed up in 9/11…We are just asking for β€œsocial-distancing” and masks. And Rand Paul is obsessing over football and wrestling (kids can golf, play baseball, band, and probably tennis.) Rand Paul taking on Dr. Fauchi. Omg.

    2. Michele O’Brien β€œSuper spreaders?” πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ Are they like super heroes? 😝 I think you watched too many Hollywood movies.

    3. pitbull6098 IgG antibodies. Wow. Scientific sounding words. πŸ‘ You must know what you’re talking about. 🀣

  10. When was Dr. Round Ball so successful in medicine that he had to become a barfing politician ? Is it the water in Kentucky ?

    1. RexKwonLo Kary B. Mullis was the discoverer of PCR method that is being used to test for covid today btw. Interestingly enough, he said the method should not be used for testing for viruses.

    2. @Truth Brotha So, true story, one of my parents was an HIV/AIDS researcher back in the 80’s and previously collaborated with Dr. Mullis. There was certainly disagreement with Dr. Fauci, but he was still held in high esteem. My parents would also agree that it’s probably too soon for stadium sports and reopening schools. Ultimately, in the modern era a medical official with a grasp of infectious disease and experience in public health policy is more qualified to address pandemic response than a prior clinician with no significant public health or infectious disease experience. This is true across most fields. At the highest levels, there will always be an element of politics, but that’s what happens any time an issue has relevance to the whole population. True story part two, I took an intro to immunology class with Dr. Fauci when I was in elementary school. I’m not an apologist, but credit should be given where credit is due.

    3. RexKwonLo I’m not saying Fauci is a moron. He’s obviously very intelligent, but also seemingly corrupt (from his past, but also recent double talk – case in point, he said he only told people initially that masks don’t help because he didn’t want there to be a mask shortage… in other words, he lied. Wtf???) Personally, I think the mask thing is ridiculous, so I’d agree with his initial assessment. And Ioannidis is fully equipped to speak on public health issues and courses of action, when said action is directly related to how a virus spreads/damage it does. As far as working with patients directly and seeing how disease works up close, Bhakdi is more qualified than Fauci. I don’t need to take a seminar to figure that out when looking at their relative backgrounds.

    4. If Rand Paul is/was a dr then the fool should understand science. So he doesn’t and he wasn’t a dr. 😳🀯😷😎

    1. “these people are acting like masks are stopping them from breathing”
      Your quote.
Has you criticize about people Making presumptions.

    2. @cj p masks don’t interrupt your breathing. I can only presume that you’re an idiot if you think that they do because, presumably, you either wear a mask in such a way that your breathing is obstructed or you’re mistaking an item like a plastic bag for a mask. Masks do not obstruct oxygen from entering or exiting the space covered. That’s not a presumption; that’s a fact. Maybe you should have paid more attention in your Bio class.

    3. Here’s a fact neither presumption.Fauci is on film πŸŽ₯ Torturing kids for his satanic beliefs. And son lead singer of popular rock group Lincoln Park.. Song songs about his father’s abusive behavior…πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸΏπŸΏπŸΏπŸΏπŸ‘€πŸ€“πŸ–•

  11. Rand Paul is so stupid!!!! πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ He sounds like a kid begging his dad if he can please go play outside now!

    1. @Marcus Randall Play the video back a few times and you’ll see what I’m talking about!

    2. @Marcus Randall when someone “agrees” with you the way Fauci did, they are implying you’re an idiot in a coddling way.

  12. Whoever told him that kids can’t transmit the virus? More to the point, why would he believe it!? What a dope.

    1. Kids never get sick and never is the main source of most of their parents catching the cold/flu. /s
