SoCal continues to battle record-breaking rainfalls, possible tornado | USA TODAY

The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for parts of Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Over 109,000 homes and businesses in California are in the dark Wednesday, as another atmospheric river storm brought more of heavy and rain and snow to the state.

Power outages have been reported throughout the state, but the majority of outages are occurring in Northern California, as the National Weather Service has placed flood advisories throughout the area as rain and wind gusts continue.
