The Los Angeles Sherriff's Department says the primary cause of the crash that involved golfer Tiger Woods was excessive speed.

      Another example of two laws one for the rich and one for the rest. He was probably wasted but his lawyer made that evidence disappear, Iā€™m sure. And woods is only alive because his cars safety tech.
