@Liam Fitzpatrick Westmount does have a lot of very, very old and expensive private schools where the upper crust goes. Westmount High is a public school.
Guy Souriandt no it wasn’t! I grew up in Montreal. Westmount has always had some of the choicest real estate on the island. Especially up on the mountain. The Molson’s house was there.
@Oobie Doob Skoobie Doobie Benoobie Saint Henri and Little Burgundy, is where most of the students who go to Westmount High School, were one of the poorest. Most of the rich kids in Westmout High go to private schools like Saint Georges and Trafalgar. You don’t know Montreal very well.
Guy Souriandt I went to a private school there, just up the road from Traf, ok? I had friends who went to Westmount high. It accepted all kinds of kids, the rich misfits included, who couldn’t get in to the private schools, which were pickier about acceptance. Saint Henri was poor, but mostly french-speaking.

Y’know, growing up in a French community in Canada, studying Québec, Montreal, etc, I definitely always wanted to see Montreal.
Now, second only to Toronto, I think I’d rather see Montreal turned into a thermonuclear glass parking lot.
