  1. Why didn’t we hear this for mandates? Some argument. It just isn’t the solution. No one can be coerced after a certain point. They will just double down.

    1. not long ago there was news of a massive grave of indigenous kids … human rights were violated many many times in canada before, is just a matter of looking it up.

  2. trying to make this coercion tax the sole focus of charter violation is absurd. currently all corners of government is in utter contempt of the offices they hold , these offices are bound in service to the Charter and the ad-“ministers” of these offices have failed their duty utterly , you can be kind and say it is malpractice , or you can be honest and say it is malfeasance, either way it is perfectly clear that these representatives do not represent a free democratic society at all.

    1. Yes I am growing tired of the charter violation argument.. they clearly are in violation, yet a whole population of spineless individuals just comply.

    2. @pandorachild Right… a 2 year ’emergency’. Don’t you ever give up. The tide is turning and you are on the losing side.

  3. I have never used the fire department nor do I drive yet my taxes pay for these unused services. Let’s crunch some numbers, this is all just in case right. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    1. Same with EI. Paid into that garbage for decades. Get a job that has regular layoffs from contracts and EI refuses to pay me, saying my 240 hour a month job is ‘casual’. I work more than those losers ever will. The entire system is trash.

    1. @Hugo Smith yes, I’m playing the role of Justin Trudeau wearing blackface while assaulting a female journalist

    2. And Trump started and is still enabling all of this garbage

No actual humans have liked Trump for at least 3 months

    1. Hard to justify banning a nations broad casting channel. Last I check nqtions have sovereignty…for now.

    1. A few have started, but the problem is the law is slower than the government. So months can go by before a court rules anything.

  4. It’s about time the CCLA, and other like minded groups spoke out against the unjustified infringements on our human rights that have been imposed by our govts.

  5. I hope all of you are realizing that this is absolute craziness. Doesnโ€™t sound like a very free country to me ..:shall we tax obesity and addiction next?whatโ€™s after that?

  6. Hey! You made a video I can thumbs up finally! You started talking about the Charter of Rights and how this is all a violation of it!
    Imagine that ….

  7. Glad someone is saying this out loud since we have a coward for a Prime Minister who won’t stand up to Quebec and say this is wrong. And I don’t trust any other Premier not to do the same, Moe and Kenney both said there would be no mandates or passports and they backtracked on that real fast so them saying they won’t do this means nothing. This is not how Canada is supposed to operate, this is immoral and unethical.

    1. Justin is a coward but he’s not objecting to the Premiers curfews etc. Because as advertised by them, “they’re all in this TOGETHER”

  8. What’s next? Fat tax for the obese? Taxes for alcoholism? Drug addiction? What about ppl who don’t excercise? Why don’t we just tax all ppl who become ill? horrid diabetics who don’t control their sugar properly. City dwellers who can’t breathe because they’ve been sucking up industrial exhaust for so long? Everyone is draining our healthcare system.
Or maybe we should actually invest money into healthcare. We’re over two years into this and no new beds were created. Doctors and nurses were fired instead of hired. It’s absolute insanity at its finest.

    1. @Ron M Correct there is ALREADY a “sin” tax for alcohol, tabacco and cannabis for THIS VERY REASON!

    2. @Ron M the healthcare repercussions are not. All those taxes do is fund advertisment and surgeon general warnings. They don’t cover drunk drivers causing accidents, cirrosis, cancer, heart disease etc.

    3. next there will be tax for those who partake in extreme sports, or have health issues such as bulimia or pharmaceutical drug addictions etc.

    4. Has it ever occurred to you that it is on purpose? And the purpose is to destroy the health system and eliminate some portion of the population? I think it would be logically to conclude that those who poured billions into these “vaccines'” campaign and bought our political leaders, are having something else than our best interests in mind.

  9. If the government is taxing due to the burden on the health system, can I receive compensation because I can only find treatment in the United States for my cancer?
