  1. 1939 – and in Europe that year, Hitler’s reign of terror, murder and genocide began. And the US was the ‘beacon’ of freedom???

    1. @Wings of Freedom My sarcasm might have been a little strong. I’m saying Democrats have no problem with it because they think their cause is just, just like how Mao and Stalin thought their cause was just.

    2. @psycobleach46 tullis What does Trump have to do with NBC/Comcast or AT&T/CNN? He never tried to give them billions for fiber “infrastructure”..

    3. @Bryan B not sure what lies you tell yourself but that’s not even remotely true. You do realize the world watched Americans invade the middle east for oil and profit from the genocide in Yemen right? You didn’t solve the world’s problems, you enriched yourselves over the lives of others, but nice try. If North Korea bombs America one day I’ll be sure to say Kim is solving the world’s problems like you are saying rn.

  2. Let the celebrations commence.
Just remember most federal offices will be closed today (Friday, June 18th) to begin the festivities

    1. That doesn’t work for democrats. They can’t go on without their voter suppression arguments. If minorities don’t feel oppressed how are they supposed to secure their votes?

    1. @LotWizzard How do you google something that doesn’t exist? You idiots claim something to be true but when asked for evidence, you give none. Sounds about right. The narrative is all that you need to believe in.

    2. @Mean Bean Comedy There’s actually more evidence that Strom Thurmond got less racist and joined the Republican party than both parties flipping for no reason at all. He found God, changed his ways, became a Christian and had a black daughter. He was also the very first southern senator to hire a black staff.

    3. @B K Hey that’s excellent! 😁👍🏻 I love a story with a happy ending. I guess we can all be redeemed, God-willing.

  3. “The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left.” Ecclesiastes 10:2

  4. It’s hilarious looking at the thumbnail. A woman who was never a slave with a woman who’s family owned slaves, celebrating the end of slavery that their party fought to keep.

  5. “Fort Worth Crowd Attacks Negroes”; interesting headline. Ever heard of the Rodney King riots?

  6. My family praise God has Land in Texas and have leased land’s to business and muni’s, like bishop college Dallas Texas, that’s family Land, not to mention the thousands of homes we built but back in the 60’s Jessie Harris, a black Man and real estate developer, built a fine lot of upper middle class home’s in ocliff or south ocliff? Texas, in Dallas Texas but couldn’t live there. Tried but they burnt his house down with people in it. Some thing’s have never changed in Texas.

  7. “…we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference.” :LBJ
Dems still live by that. The difference it actually makes???….THEY get to take another paid day off.

  8. We didn’t rebel to get our emancipation Folks, we endured until finally under the Biden administration, THANK you 😊 Mrs Lee

  9. Thanks, Rachel! All hail the beautiful *Opal* *Lee* and her long efforts… and *happy* *Juneteenth* to everyone!!! 💜
