Hi Tony, Agreed. Fully. In my mind, so much of this dwindling culture is fanatically obsessed with “belonging” to what is posted on social media: someone’s baby bump, their pink sandals in a bikini, etc. I’ve been blown away with some of the beyond – idiotic statements and beliefs; even here on MSNBC. Depressing actually that there are so few, educated people with strong values. More than a cult.

@Rita Review im not trying to protect anybody. Yes, i remember covid. I know people who got covid. I know them and myself dont like fear mongering. Covid is a virus, your presidential nominees think it is a tool to scare people into submission and a reason to violate civil libertys. I want everyone to take it seriously, i do, but that does not include forcing others to do what i want, it means i choose to do what i think is best. Say i think that driving causes more deaths per year than covid and it does not look like its gonna end, should i give you more information and give incintives to drive more safely, or should i forbid you to drive and mock you if you do?

The first case was here In WA state and our inept Gov actually did one good thing by telling people not to gather in large groups. 250 or less (he tried). You act like the Chinese just give info away. Do you actually think a Dem president would have made things better? To those who have fish memories: in January the democratic party directed the nation’s attention to the impeachment instead of the pandemic when it emerged; Trump put travel ban late January which is also against by demon. American didn’t have any masks or sanitary supplies to buy for the first few month because China emptied our shelves in Late Jan. Trump wanted to order shut down in Spring but some demo governors and lefty media said the President can’t tell states what to do otherwise it’s violations of constitution. Back to the masks, the demo Clinton and Obama let China grows to a monster and didn’t do anything. Trump has been trying to shift the world supply chain out of China, especially the critical stuff, to serve the world better. Biden and Harris, countries with different values like free world vs. CCP can’t be friends, be realistic.
