  1. Reading below comments will give you a confirmation of the ignorance that exist in the United States of America

    1. Flegpuppy Do not be lazy. There are reference sites you can use to find out your information. You can have someone read the Trump Crimes to you if necessary. HINT. TREASON

    2. sean newman Your comprehension is lacking. You heard what you wanted to hear about Trump and not the facts as presented in a hearing under oath. Amazing. As part of this Cult45, you are totally brainwashed by this Con Man.

    3. @J MacDonald No, I’m afraid you have that backwards. You keep throwing around the word, “treason,” without apparently understanding what that entails. You could argue the point that Trump committed obstruction of justice, which I would disagree, but that’s not treason. Some others Democrats in this thread have argued this point intelligently and without malice towards those with whom they disagree, for which I am grateful.
I’d be happy to debate this further, but I would respectfully ask that you refrain from the name-calling. I came to MSNBC’s channel because I think it’s important to see this issue from both sides.
I am curious about one thing. Would you then characterize Hillary Clinton’s actions as treasonous, being that she deleted over 30,000 emails, and instructed her staff to destroy their phones with hammers? It would appear to me that is a far more blatant act of obstructing an investigation than anything Trump has been accused of.

    4. @Dave Schultz No one thinks tRump obstructed justice. He’s too dumb to accomplish that. He only attempted to obstruct, which is still a crime.

  2. Trolls doing overtime…..They must be on double pay today.
As if anyone believes their crap……ha ha…….Pathetic.

    1. Exactly. And if they expect the president to pay the bills, they are going to get a big surprise. Putin will need to use his own money.

  3. Mueller’s strength was his integrity. His lack off reveal is to protect his investigation’s legacy and to protect the other 14 cases that are in progress. As the Republican congressman asked, “Do you believe that there is evidence to indict the president after he leaves office?” And Mueller says yes. (1:50) My favorite moment. And a republican asked it.

    1. Lotta Sunshine Equal protection under the law ! Why was Hillary not indicted for destroying evidence??? Your hypocrisy is staggering !

    2. lima leaf frog What are you missing, mueller stated that Trump made NO effforts to stop the investigation!

    3. Mueller’s strength was the lie the fake news made it to be. Lord, they had superhero costumes on the man, candles to pray too. Rachel Maddow PROMISING and cackling with delight each night for years about the impeachment coming after the report was released and now her ratings I have heard are halved. Nothing is going to happen.

  4. When less intelligent people who have no idea of the legal process condescendingly question a man with irrevocable knowledge and integrity

    1. For those with legal knowledge and common sense were 😲😲😲😳😲 during the both testimonies…

    2. You mean the democrats have less knowledge then a man with dementia? lol, lol, lol… that is funny…

    1. @Thomas Ridley quite the contrary it is evident that Donald Trump has not used the football aka the atomic bomb God is good because Trump ain’t

  5. All this ordeal makes me believe that America is just like any other country, no better no worst…if you have power and money, justice for your crimes will never reach you

    1. Only fools like you and Bernie Sanders, with his MILLIONS of dollars and four or six homes pretend to be as dumb as you MUST be pretending.

    2. @Ken Kall You are a small child. Adults look at problems and resolve them. If you want to be fat and lazy, feel free to carry YOURSELF off.

  6. In the comments section, there are plenty of Russian trolls hired by Putin to sow discord and political instability. And maybe 20% are Trumpturds going with what those trolls started.

*Remember Mueller said they are **_still continuing_** their efforts to influence US public opinion. It’s a form of psychological warfare, to create ignorance, division and instability.*

    1. @ali baehh Maybe he misplaced his laptop that morning and had to take his kids from the kids desk, but didn’t notice the sticker on the top until he unfolded the laptop to turn it on.
And by that time they were already live.
And he either didn’t want to remove his kids Wu Tang Clan sticker, or they tried during the ad breaks but it took too long. They couldn’t remove it without tearing it, and making it look more conspicuous.

So they just left it there.

I think that’s the most simple explanation.

    2. @Jim Reily The most simple explanation is that it is Ari’s laptop and he is a fan of Wu Tang Clan.

  7. Mueller is a life long Republican. It must break his heart to see the depths to which the Republicans have sunk in supporting and being apologists for Trump’s behaviours. God help the U.S.A…

    1. Mueller’s whole investigation team was nothing but democratic Trump haters-so how impartial was that? And he didn’t go after anyone who lied except those on the Trump team… which shows what his team’s goal really was. This was an attempted take down and nothing less.

    2. @mark price liar liar pants on fire. Name a single democrat on his team. You cannot. Not even Page and Stork were democrats; they are trump hating republicans just like George Will, John McCain, Joe Scraborough, Justin Amash, The entire Bush Family, Bill Kristol, Mitt Romney, Ben Sasse, John Kasich, James Comey and Lindsey Graham. As for the rest of Mueller’s team, you can’t even NAME another person much less claim to know their political association.

  8. So … the only reason Mueller didn’t indict is because Trump was protected by the office of Presidency.

So what Mueller is saying to Congress: The law can’t reach until you impeach.

    1. Impeachment and removal from office are basically a trial and sentence/punishment hearing If he’s impeached (found guilty) by the House (the trial), this Senate still will hold what is essentially a removal hearing (sentencing hearing), but they will not vote to remove him (the punishment/sentence). So, if found guilty of a crime by the House (being impeached), Trump would still not face punishment. If he was impeached, he also couldn’t be charged with those same crimes when he leaves office since he’d already “gone to trial” via the impeachment and was found guilty. HOWEVER, if the House decides not to try to impeach him, that’s when he could be charged and arrested the very moment his term ends. Then he’d face a federal trial. If found guilty at trial, he would then face jail time. I feel Congress should not try to impeach him so that he can be charged and arrested the instant his term ends because that is the ONLY way he will receive any punishment and face time in prison! Clinton was impeached by the House, but the Senate voted not to remove him — Do you want the same to happen to Trump OR would you rather wait a year and a half and have him charged, arrested, tried and ordered to prison in a courthouse?

    2. @Xxrage yo You haven’t said enough to make a point?? You are correct that a prosecutor cannot exonerate someone. After looking at the evidence, all a prosecutor needs to do is to “drop the case”/decide not to prosecute. This basically exonerates someone since it means he/she holds no blame for the crime(s) in question — which is the definition of exonerate.

    3. That’s what I heard because of a justice department rule not a law is the only reason he didn’t….he did commit crimes that’s why he can be charged when he leaves office

  9. Mueller did exactly what I expected of him, to be a class act!….he didn’t have to be all dramatic to convey the facts!..his yes/no answers were more profound than tap dancing around like most do…..I knew from day one Trump was/is guilty…unfortunately, there are many who don’t (thats ok)….In his own words/voice…he did not exonerate the President, and stated the he can be indicted once he left office!!!!, The most uneasy part if not unfortunate, is the fact that Russia “as we sit here” are infiltrating our democracy again!..thanks to the invitation of Trump/GOP themselves……….This alone tells us all (with a brain) that Trump is a suspect and will be dealt with in accordance with the law!!….Now, for the coming days/months we will hear Trump up his antics/rhetoric, because he knows the LAW is waiting patiently…..Good Job Mueller, you are a private citizen now, enjoy your retirement…and let the REAL AMERICANS stand up in 2020 and VOTE, VOTE , VOTE

  10. Welp America, this is when your morals are weighed. The world awaits your reaction, because if this isn’t enough to at least sway some of the republicans and make a change happen, there is nothing Twitler can’t do after this.
You’d be well served taking a glance at what standard other presidents have been held to. Because this is getting ridiculous.

    1. Welp, this has been ridiculous, needlessly destructive and toxic from the start.Trump and his poison gang are the minority. They obviously lack intelligence, knowledge, experience, honesty and decency. There are countless everyday people and our genuine reps working to navigate this horrid situation. It is eight months until the next election, much can change. If you want to know more, check out Move to Amend, American Promise, Move On, Common Cause, Our Revolution and other quality groups of everyday people. The work is ongoing. We shall overcome, clean up and restore our govt. and thrive once again.

    2. Other presidents have been career politicians!!! Welcome to reality!! We have a president who talks, acts and thinks like normal people in this country!! He does not try to make everyone happy and in the process gets things done, HIS WAY, OUR WAY not politics as usual! Forget other presidents they were all politics as usual!! Get used to the new normal!!!
