  1. This has been an on-going issue that never gets resolved. The airlines literally have a captive audience and make their own rules.

  2. Many Canadians have lost your trust based on lack of efficiency and actions you have demonstrated on various failures.

  3. I certainly hope something is permanently done, I do not understand how airlines are given carte blanche on governing themselves. It’s not only ridiculous but incredibly greedy.
    Please step in and make new laws they must abide by otherwise they should not be allowed into this country. It’s long past time they were forced to do this as everyone is at their mercy….s’all about the almighty dollar and nothing else.
