  1. 75% of Americans want witnesses and documents but the senate doesn’t care ????? do you still feel like your being represented ???? that is what they were sworn in to do !

    1. They are breaking their oath to uphold the Constitution. And blatantly telling the American public they don’t care. Get them out of office!

    2. I DEMAND witness participation!!!
Submission of Documents; videos, recordings, anything to back up Testimonies!!!!!

      That is MY right to!
      I am with you.

    3. The Republican Party is a TROUBLED PARTY. They are no longer pertinent, viable, patriotic, honorable!!
The party needs to be disbanded forever!!!

    4. @Rory Cannon you just proved you don’t know what the House’s job is. Nothing but a partisan show. Well I guess it was bipartisan in the house and will be in the Senate Democrats voting to not impeach and to acquit. Go take an American constitution class. You may learn something.

    1. @judith atiri
That old saying it ain’t over til it’s over comes to mind. The right thing to do is get out and vote. There may be a less than fair chance of winning because of all the egregious things going on now but there is always a chance if people vote. If people have a defeatist attitude, then there is surely no hope of winning.

    2. Bolton or any other witness wouldn’t of changed the fact that Trump was never going to get impeached. Save your tears for November.

  2. The responsibility to save America for a dictatorship is in the hands of the electorate, please vote in numbers so that your feet shake the ground all the way to the White House! 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

    1. @Tony Davila His black vote of 3% doubling ain’t exactly a land slide is it though. As far as stats go the majority of Americans are identifying as democratic as of Jan this year. Add that to the small demographic of true independents (pretty much all of whom can’t stand Trump) I think he will get pushed out. But I am predicting that he will try and lock himself in the White house with his usual state of denial and the armed forces will have to remove him. Maybe some of your Tea Party troops will try and defend him on the front lawn, but your massive armed forces, who swore allegiance to the constitution, will pretty much flatten them. This, by the looks of it, is going to get pretty messy before it resolves itself.

    2. @Karen Jenkins how can anybody take such an ignorant comment seriously? You must be 8.

Check out his rallys and Dem candidates. He’s gonna kick Dem butt big time. It’s game over and you know it, lol.

  3. John Roberts is the biggest shame of all… he can no longer be taken seriously as a fair arbiter of the law.

    1. Montauk Long Island Yes, he is awesomely wrong on every point. Stop drinking Kool-Aid long enough to fact check what comes out of Trump’s mouth. Not on Fox, but on a real, non-partisan site like snopes.com. Trump and his Trumpublicans are backing up each others’ lies, which is horrifically undemocratic. The smart rats are preparing to jump off Trump’s sinking ship before his next big Stupidity.

    2. john carioscia No, Bolton is still a right-wing, war-mongering political hack, but now he has a bone to pick with Trump. Let’s see how two down-and-dirty Right-wingers try to take each other apart for the viewers. Who can expose more of the others’ crimes? Oh, and remember: A vote for Trump is a vote for Putin.

    3. john carioscia The House is not asking the Senate to ‘help find a crime’. It has plenty of evidence of that. The House wants the Senate to follow the facts, not the payoffs. The House subpoenaed the administration witnesses, but they were (illegally) told to ignore those subpoenas. They subpoenaed Bolton’s top assistant, who took the subpoena to court to look for a legal excuse to ignore it (still under consideration). Bolton said he’d do the same thing if the House subpoenaed him; later, though, he said he’d testify if subpoenaed by the Senate. THAT is why the House wants the Senate to subpoena his testimony. Not the shallow and poorly constructed lies that you are trying to spread.

    4. @Dolores Reynolds I guess you haven’t been watching the trial in the Senate. The subpeonas were invalid cause they said Impeachment inquiry and for 5 weeks Pelosi didn’t vote on the inquiry. She talks about a king and did things without consent the of the house. She also said he’s an imposter and then prays for him, lol.

And Schiff and Nadler never stated a crime. They messed up bad with the peocedure. Senate will not play to them and has had enough. The country has had enough. Don’t like Trump? Campaign against him, donate to your candidate, go door to door, vote. Don’t just give your opinion here and then spend the next 4 years crying. Elections are 8 months away. Stop it with this petty crying.

      Yesterday Biden’s rally 75 people, Trump’s rally 20 thousand. It’s over. Trump 2020.

    5. @Patricia roe you want first hand witnesses? How about Zelinsky who said he was never forced to do anything and never did anything. Is that worth less than Bolton’s testimony???

Go campaign for your candidate, donate, go to the rallys, vote. Elections are 8 months away. Take him out Democratically. Stop this stupid nonsense when we all knew you needed 67 votes to impeach in the Senate and there are only 47 Democrats.

And after the embarrasing trial in the House you all should shut up with your “please be fair in the Senate” tears. This is over! Move on with your life!

  4. 2:30 Oh, nice point, Alex. You mean that the people should make the decision, in the election that this fake a**hole president is trying to rig? Logic. Well done, senator. You are truly a beacon of intellect.

    1. All the Republican Senators think the same as Mr. Alexander but they just won’t say it on tv or issue statements. If the president is a Democrat, it just the opposite. We, the people must amend term limits into the Constitution for more effective representations and avoid future dictatorship.

    2. Lamar Alexander is a wolf in sheep’s clothing so i am not at all surprised by his decision because since he is retiring,he wants to go out in a blaze of glory, but he like the others(Republicans) will pay a price long term for their complicity in Trump’s illegal and unlawful conduct whether they stay or leave.

  5. Roberts has destroyed any shred of fictitious integrity he might have hoped to hold claim to. I have said all along, since the day impeachment hearings were announced, that no amount of evidence would make a difference, the GOP would always say “let the election decide” and pass the buck.

    1. I will shake my head in the shame of all of this if Roberts doesn’t intervene with his vote. What a travesty of justice that will occur. Hitler dismantled the German Constitution, Dersowich has already taken the first step to do that here.

    2. @Patricia roe Dershowitz is a proud Jew, & isn’t to blame for the poor job the House did, if they had a decent case, they would’n’t need the Senate to help them “find a crime”.

    3. Any partisan impeachment by either party was wrong, it will be repeated over & over, it was never intended to be a political tool.

    4. @john carioscia what a ridiculous statement. Of COURSE it’s a political process. It was DESIGNED as a political process. It’s executed and decided by politicians. This is precisely why all presidents MUST be subject to criminal indictment even while in office. Justice and accountability cannot be left in the hands of a political process. Crimes should be litigated ion a court of law.

    5. @Helzapoppin What’s ridiculous is a partisan impeachment without a provable crime, impeachment was never intended to be used as a political tool, yet that’s exactly what the Socialist did, now after 17 witnesses in the House hearing who couldn’t sight a single crime , they want the Senate to do their job, & help the House “look for a crime”. Schiff & Ndler stated they proved their case beyond a doubt, so why do they need more witnesses?

    1. It’s also a disgrace! Lamar Alexander just showed us how this Senate has been degraded with his comment that, he is convinced that the House Managers proved their case, and Trump did everything they say he did…but it was inappropriate. This old man has lost his mind.

  6. Alexander don’t have to tell us this. We saw an heard. Guilty as charged .wasted time an money once again. Help us Lord

  7. This day will go down in History the day America was officially given to a “Dictator” by the Republican Senators with their Blessing!

    1. @Apada Right…. Just put your head in the sand because Trump is also corrupt…. Is that what your saying? “It doesn’t matter” that Biden froze aid to retaliate for his sons blatant conflict of interest? That’s not going to work. That mentality is why Trump is President. I pray Andrew Yang or Tulsi wins the nomination, but Democrats have absolutely no shot of playing this “morale outrage” game when they ignore there own. I won’t be supportive of Trump, Biden, or any investigation wasting tax payers dollars when cowardly politicians spin spin spin…. Again, this has nothing to do with Ukraine. They don’t care! This about power, and it will be clear to you once Bernie ties up the nomination. What do you think will happen to him? The FBI and CIA will destroy him just like Trump. Wake up!

    2. @Patricia roe so impeaching Trump does not personally benefit Pelosi? She was even giving out souvenir pens! 😀. Nadler did not campaign and win on impeaching Trump? Schiff is not trying to get a spot in the Senate?

They all did it for personal and party gains! Thats was Dershowitz’s point. Nothing you do is selfeless. Specially in politics. The fact that he has been a teacher in Harvard for 50 years and you are here in YouTube criticizing him tells you everything.

Get over it! Move on! Stop following Democrats on their selfish crusade por personal and party power. You want Trump out? Go campaign against him, donate your money, pick a candidate and go to his or her rallys. Stop with this stupid petty crying. It does nothing to get Trump out! This is the exact reason why 20 thousand people go to his rallys and he will be president 4 more years. You just don’t get it.

    3. @Patricia roe what Dems tried to do is set a bad precedent. If you have a majority in the House you can impeach a president with articles that have no underlined crime. They’ve tried 5 times in 3 years! Senate slapped them back to reality 51-49 today.

If Dems got their way every single president would be impeached from both parties now on and forever. Under this standard Barak saying to Russia he’ll take it easy after the elections was impeachable. But it was stupid then and it is stupid now. You don’t impeach over a phone call with 15 people listening.

And if you want a first hand witness check out Zelinsky saying he was nevet forced to do anything. In fact he never did anythng! Is Bolton a better witness than Zelinsky? Lol.

      It’s game over! Move on!

    4. @Jason Ruter What I am saying is that one of the problems with Trump followers saying what Trump did (and does) is not a big deal is that they surrender their right to play the Biden-is-corrupt game now. If Trump being corrupt (or not) mattered to them, THEN they would have an argument. It was also ok for Trump’s family members to benefit from his presidency so it has to be ok for Hunter, too. Sadly, now EVERY president will be able to bring in foreign help bc the senate said so with Trump.

    5. @Jason Ruter just to be clear, Biden didn’t freeze any aid. He did what many people/entities wanted him to do and it was because Shokin(?) let the investigation of Burisma (and other investigations) go dormant. The investigation began before Biden’s son went in. He was fired for NOT continuing the investigation.

    1. Andrew Smith actually they will just celebrate the outcome. No need to say what Lamar said. Actually Lamar should be renamed as Lamar the Lame.

    1. Forefathers fled England Kings and Queenslands and now Repubicons “Axis of evildoers” practices to brings Kingships backwards to haunt America all over again.

    2. @Y Not the Republikkklans have always been traitors to my country, around 40% have already pledged their loyalty to Russia in order to stay in power.

    3. .@Cocoa crisp

It bewilders you to ever dreams that America is already going backwards to haunt her pastimes events of bloodshed, sweats, and teardrops and to only returns backwards to Kingslands as we speaks lol

  8. This is the “Jeff Flake retiring so I will pretend to say something principled when in fact it is not” playbook. His statement is worse than if he had said nothing.

  9. Lamar Alexander is a close buddy of McConnell, so don’t act surprised , what did you expect. Everyone knew the outcome before this trial started. So taking an oath to be impartial was a joke right from the start.

    1. How impartial was the House, with the first partisan impeachment in history, & without the proof to prove their case?

  10. Don’t lose sight of the fact, these traitors have voters that actually suffer from Trump policies. How’s that for irony?

    1. …when Obama, who moscow Mitch and his rep cohorts desperately sought to make a one term president, first took office, our economy was at the threshold of ruins, from which he delivered us and went on to a 2nd term, despite moscow Mitch’s endeavors, plots and schemes, to see him fail…it is myth and a figment of one’s imagination to think president Trump, who should be removed from office immediately and expediently, is responsible for the recovering US economy…in truth and infact the latter is doing more to return it to the door steps of ruin …watch and see!!!

    2. @Ras Tafari Obama was totally incapable of delivering a 68% approval on the economy, you think Obama did the new Nafta trade deal? Or the new China trade deal? How about killing Bagdadi & Solemimi? Obama never even ran a hot dog stand, what would he know of “profit or loss’? or meeting a payroll? or employee management?, he’s a Harvard lawyer that’s been taught to take 1/3 & run. In other words a shyster lawyer. Trump did in 3 years, what Obama couldn’t do in 8 years. Get real.

    3. What policy? I’m not a Trump voter, but please tell me what has changed? I’m better off then I was 3 years ago.

  11. I don’t even recognize anything close to a government for the people, America is going down, and it will happen from within, sad.

    1. @Sam Black I will happily vote for Elizabeth Warren. I would vote for my dog Barney before I vote for your “king”. Barney would be a much more effective leader, and being a black lab, he would be loved by all, except for the people who don’t like black presidents.

    2. @kris nielsen No, it is the responsibility of not the House and Senate to find the truth. They are supposed to work together for US, the American people. If you went to your City Hall and were told by someone it wasn’t their job blah blah blah. You would be unhappy.

    3. kris nielsen You didn’t answer the question — why, if Trump & Co are innocent, are the GOP senators and his lawyers saying that yes, he did try to coerce a foreign government dependent on US for support against the invading Russian military into digging up dirt on the Bidens? He started with “perfect” but all his defenders can say now is that he did bad things but they’re not going to hold him accountable

  12. So saying “I AM A CROOK” is a valid defense in Tennessee? Even Dershowitz said the prez could be impeached over a crime.

  13. My friends died for this.. they are rolling over in their grave. I’m ashamed of what happening..a lost of democracy..for a slimy person.

    1. Get them out of office before they totally dismantle our Constitution. Dersowitz has already taken the first step towards changing the meaning of it.

    1. NO! every one of us is responsible for the state of our government….we’ve been sitting back and watching our institutions fail for decades

    1. Exactly my thoughts. He has balls, if he can write a book he can go sit and testify about what he knows. Hope Republicans know that karma is a b***h, when it goes for them, it will go hard and fast.
