The first 2020 presidential debate is next week and it will be the first time President Donald Trump and Democratic nominees, former Vice President Joe Biden will face off. Chris Cillizza explains what each candidate need to do in order to walk away the winner of the debate.

    3. @Rangyr Wilson wrong.. Not supporting either will eventually lead to more qualified candidates and policies the people actually want. Why would we get those if we are constantly swayed to vote for them regardless. You are buying into THEIR politics where you have to participate regardless of if Its in your best interest.

And if I’m not the media will have a unique spin on the Debate right after or the next day…I almost look forward to the News take on the Debate as much as the debate itself.

      “We need border funding for a wall, and more facilities”, Dems “no, vote it down, keep them in Obama’s cages”.
      “We need to open up the cities, and get people back to work”. Dems “no stay closed forever with no plan”.
      “We need more Covid relief funding” Dems “No vote it down again”.
      Factor in promoted riots, defunding the police, and bowing to China. It really doesn’t look good.

    1. USA have such a party, they full of scoundrel, shrew, liar, pedophile, fabricate evidence of crime, false accusations, entrap,sexual assault, child molestation,
      murderer and they’re also CCP’s close companion— Democrat! If Republican lose the election,they’ll learn their lessons, if Democrats lose, then they’ll destroy the  country! Americans should be ashamed of having such a party!  More than 20years,too many of  them have been colluding with CCP, they have too much corruption case in CCP’s hands! (look at-The AI organization) They dare not to trace ccpvirus’ source.They used “political correctness” ,”racism”
      to control the media and brainwashing people to attack trump, they forbidden people to tell and know truth! They prohibit using  HCQ-the most effective medicine,let people die more, so they can accuse trump! The Congress’s Boss–   Pelosi–really like a crazy dictator! USA is really SOS!     2. @Darrin Baker While that is a good point, the VP debate is still organized by the Commission on Presidential Debates, and there’s no real functional difference between the Presidential debates and the VP debates. Furthermore, it’s a very well-known and iconic line, so it would make sense to include it.
